I had written the below email to escalation team which says it all:

I am writing this email with a lot of disappointment and anguish as a customer. Sorry to say but I have never come across such degraded services ever in my life.
I had raised the complaint for my water purifier on 8th May stating that hot water was coming from the purifier and the light was blinking indicating that the filter was damaged. Later the purifier stopped working.
It has been 6 days and I haven't received any update till now on the complaint I had raised even after multiple follow-ups and escalations. Forget about the resolution.
The technician 'BabuReddy' came to check and confirmed that the filter needs to be replaced as it was damaged.He also mentioned that the similar issue has been reported by many customers and that he needs to come back with the spare filter and will fix it on 9th May.
Please note after that I tried calling him multiple times again and again but there was no response from his end. I also tried calling the customer care as well as the escalation team and everytime I get the same answer that "my issue has been escalated and the technician will be coming soon to address the issue".
This is highly very very disappointing and frustrating that Eurekaforbes is having such a pathetic service. The technicians are highly unprofessessional .
Even after following up multiple times and escalating, you don't even bother to update your customers.
Further, it's not even been a year and my product is still under warranty, it's so surprising that the filter got damaged so soon. Are you trying to fool your customers??? Was this information helpful? |
