Dear sir I am booked euraka Dr. Aquaguard nrich hd uv water filter dated 02/12/2018 order no [protected] sales person mr tanaji gole and vishjieet patil told me your filter came on tuesday, they not told me anything about fitting and other any charges. But tuesday filter not done delivered. So i call customer care no and ask about delivery they told me your filter stock no available in our ware house, so i am cancel my order dated 05/12/2018. But your side not taking seriously about my cancel order and deliver filter dated 08/12/2018, your engineer come to assemble filter and he told me charges of water power control machine is 700 /- your sales person not told me about this charges so i don’t know about this charges, But they are sending me filter, i alredy cancel my order,, so till date no one collect Dr. Aquaguard nrich hd uv water filter and not giving my refund Communication and service is very poor, they don’t need costumers Was this information helpful? | |||||
