Eveready — delay in installation | |||
I had ordered a 15 ltr geyser from paytm for which installation is free (Order number [protected]). I had put a installation request on receiving the product on 22/11/17 and was assured that within 24-48 hrs will get a call regarding installation which i didn't received. I again called and was told that it is 48-96 hrs. So why earlier i was told 24-48 hrs. Today morning i called again and was assured that i will get a call from technician by today however in at about 1:30 pm when i called again i was told that no technician is available today and my geyser might be installed on monday. It's very strange that you people are taking 5-6 days for installation. Moreover your customer care is giving false and different statements everytime. Due to delay in installation i had put a request for order cancellation and has pledged not to buy anything from eveready in future and am going to spread this message to as many people as possible. Also paytm shouldn't allow such companies to sell their products. Paytm also had an obligation in this case as i had complaint to them also regarding the delay and they had just lodged a complaint and had done nothing. I got a product having worst quality and it's not working now

The jucier and mixer grinder is not working properly. The model no. is DYNAMO DX and the serial no. is D[protected]. The small jar is not working properly.
Bought about a yr back..indicator working but lights off.pl advise adress, phone o[censored]r nearest service centre to palakkad, trichur(both kerala ), (tamilnadu) . coimbatore
