I had submitted claims for reimbursement of amount spent by me for local purchase of medicines which were NA with the Polyclinic There were four claims which were settled by the concerned authorities but the amount has not yet been credited to my bank account. the details are as under.

I have checked the status of these claims which says that the claim for the amount mentioned have been settled, however these amounts have not yet been credited to my account.
