I have never seen such a ridiculous company who doesn't have value for Human not money...I raised a complaint earlier and they immediately called but did nothing further
People rudely disconnect the phone on the face when I tried to connect. I need a refund immediately......

This consultancy is a torture. They just call you 10 times a day to get the payment and once the payment is done, they just vanish away. Azhar Khan was a person who used to call me 10 times a day and once the payment is done, they don't even bother to call nor pick up the call. I have got 2 emails from the consultancy that the profile has been shared with 2 big companies and nothing will come from the company. This is absolutely ridiculous....

I had enrolled on[protected] by paying 5416/- vide registration number 37077 dt:21-11-22. after that i have received a formal call stating that they are planning to arrange interview,

in that one address was wrong- no support from ECPS team.
remaining all arranged for HR rolls instead of supply chain, they didn't even corrected it in their data base.
When ever I called teams says that your profile is not available in our data base.

after several call to Ms. Anitha ECPS team member who called me and completed my registration etc.. then they responded to me by sending mail with their new contact details on 17-03-22, from then I keep on sending mails for the refund, they lagged up to 10th April'22. on 10th April'23 mail they mentioned 10 days time to complete refund process, but till now nothing replied on mail. simply sent one letter to my home address by mentioning that your refund application has been rejected.

One of the Bengaluru based consultation firm has done fraud of 5000. they offered to help in job hunting and in case of failing to get new job, they promised money back. They never sent any serious offer and continued to send fake Walk in which was never suitable for a managerial role. all of their interview emails were without JDs, CTC details etc.. it was a struggle to connect with them and a time wastage 3 months.

now they are refusing to return the money stating I never attended their interviews. Please advise.

I had registered on 3 August 2022. My refund application is still pending with your team.

I request you to please provide an update on the same. I haven't heard anything since 4 February.

Please note that there were 3 main requirements that I had mentioned at the time of registration to Ms Sehar Fatima and also on numerous email replies to ECPS:

1. Please arrange online interviews for me. As I will not be able to go out and attend any offline interviews in Delhi or any other location.

2. Please look for positions of a Senior Associate Consultant only as that is my current designation in my current organization.

3. Please arrange interviews at MNCs only as I am currently working for an MNC and do not wish to downgrade.

None of these requirements were taken into account while scheduling interviews for me because of which I was unable to attend even 1 single interview.

Request you to please process my refund at the earliest.

I have written multiple emails and have called multiple times. Please note that after this I'm moving towards taking legal action in court because I have all call recordings and emails for evidence.

Paid fee (5416/- INR (inclusive of taxes) on 10th of Aug 2022 as demanded against job guarantee.

They sent some random emails without logic or JD. And when I was able to get job on my own and they were supposed to refund money... But no proper answer no logic no professionalism.

I'm justifying and filling forms since early Oct 22 but all in vain.

Its been a month now, not even a single interview is arranged. Its the 2nd time I am enrolling and they gave me a commitment in companies like Deloitte, BCG, KPMG etc my RESUME is shortlisted, not even a single progress had happened.

I was called by Divya of ECPS in the month of August-2022 and I had joined ECPS for a period of six months timeframe after which, if not satisfied, I could ask for a refund of the registration amount of Rs 5000.
Not being satisfied with their service, I had applied for refund on the 11th of january2023.
In the meanwhile, on the 21st of January 2023, a mail was sent to me from Exalt consultancy ([protected]@exaltconsulting.com)
asking me to attend a intetview with M/s Annapurna Group on the 23rd of January-2023, 9.30 AM, for the post of Sr.General Manager and was asked to contact Mr.Mithun
Accordingly I went for the interview and met Mr Mithun who categorically informed me that no interview whatsoever has been scheduled, in fact he clearly stated that he does not know of any Exalt consultancy and there is no post for Sr General Manager in Annapurna group
I sent a mail to Exalt consultancy regarding this, and as expected there was no reply, rather received a phone call asking me what happened?
Doesn't this amount to cheating and fraud?
Now my refund application has been rejected as per clause 16,
Wonder how many persons have been cheated by them.

I onboarded in 2018 where i paid 5416/- for Exalt Consultancy and received no interviews or any service. Post which, when i asked for refund, they denied it.

This time, they approached me telling to give a 2nd chance mentioning my RESUME is shortlisted in top MNCs and will surely get the placement and also reimburse my last amount. I paid 4500/-
Now, they are again rejecting my calls and not responding at all. No interviews are scheduled yet. I have paid total of 9916/- for nothing.
These guys are really fraudulent where they take money from people giving fake commitments.

This is the 2nd time i was forced to onboard. Divya Hedge was the person who contacted me last time, i paid 5416/- didn't get either any service or my refund. This time they told will fix my issue and made me pay 4500/-. Now i am facing the same issue where my calls are rejected, no interviews scheduled for the MNCs they committed, overall, no response for anything we ask for.
This is really fraudulent where i have paid total of 9916/- in total for nothing.
It was also committed i will get my previous amount refund which is also not happening now.

All the efforts you guys have put across is excellent.. i am very happy taking up your services thank you so much for helping me out...

All the Executive of exalt have been very helpful towards there duty.. as i am a registered member they have been providing with the services which is suitable for my job role... all the department have been very helpful in resolving my issues and queries.. even if i couldn't get in touch when i call them after few mints ill get a call back from support department for resolving my issues..

Fake and worst consultancy which no one should look at it.

This is the worst consultancy that I have seen so far. Exalt members are very informative till the registration amount gets credited into their account. Later, no one will be responsible for finding the jobs based on our requirements.

I fed up with this worst service and tried to claim for the refund. The mail they have mentioned in the website also a fraud mail which I could not send the mail from my registered mail ID.

I have attached all the screenshots and the phone numbers of the people that I have spoken with.

In short, A fake and worst consultancy which no one should look at it.

For your refernce kindly find and block and report all these numbers namely one lady name Ms.Divya Hegde(+91 [protected]) and Mr.Nahid([protected])who only talks till the payment after then she wont pick the call and not even bother about us

I had paid money to Exalt consulting for a job placement services they took money from me dod not provide any services as promised in tge beginning kept sending message that thay have been sharing my profile with companies without any documented proof which I have been asking for again & again for last 5 months now they have sent me a courier that they can't refund my money paid to them os Rs. 5416/_ its a professional money laundering company cheating job seekers taking money from them.

I received a call from this placement saying that they will offer me a job and i paid them . In the month of April 2022 i submitted my profile they said within 3 months they will give me a job. Once i paid them money i called them several times asking about my status but no one picked up my call. till date they are not giving my refund as well . and even if by mistakenly someone picks up they gave me some fake commitments but neither offered me anything.

kindly look into this asap i need my money back else i need to take this to the next leve

Dear Team,

I have enrolled for Exalt Placement services for securing placements & hence paid 3611 as a Refundable fees in case I secure an employment on my own.

I have secured a job offer on my own & hence notified to exalt team & they agreed to refund the same to me by Oct 30, 2022.

But even after rigorous follows through emails & telephonic call neither I got any revert nor any refund.

Pl take strict action against such a fraud company which loots money in the name of placing candidates & even after promising the refund it doesn't pay back.

Collecting money as a registration then sending fake interview call. till no result nor refund.

I had enrolled for their services on Aug 26th 2022 for getting a job. I had clearly told them, i need job inside Manyata teck park and i was assured that lot of companies have requirement related to my skill inside Manyata and i will get it. However after that there was no call from anyone from the consultancy. Once in a while they will just send email that my resume is sent to xy comp (these companies are not known) . ECPS first contacted me on 22nd Nov 2021 with a confirmed promise of placement and charged me Rs.5416/- for 3 months and if no placement is provided there would be confirmed refund. However, after payment they were never contactable to provide the refund form.

So, the series started and they gave me just 2 contacts for F2F interview and the email was sent the previous night which was seen by me at night so next day going for interview was not feasible. Apart from that there were series of some 8-10 emails confirming that my profile is shared and I would get a call but that call never come. They I do not think share any profile just a fake email to candidate.

This continues and as usual there were no placement done and I never got the email for refund and hence could not initiate any.

After that again on 3rd June Ms Megha Reddy calls me up to confirm that there is a ready vacany and for that they need the registration fees. I was not okay since I already had a bad experience with ECPS. On asking which company she is calling from she confirmed ECPS so I raised my concern to her and she was quick enough to share the Refund Form and asked me to repay again. She confirmed in many words that this is not fake and she has a role readily available. So I pay again. Post that neither she is contactable. Nor my previous refund is getting processed. Email chain in going on for last 2 months for previous refund.

This is to bring the malpractices followed by exalt placement services banglore. They have taken the advance if 5000 plus gst and not been able to arrange a single meaningful interview for my level and exp.
When I have asked my money back which they promised theyvhave stopped responding to my emails and calls
