They have informed that they will definitely help in getting a interview & also Job offer within 25 days of Service availed. Its been mor than a month, but still I haven't received even single interview call.

Once in every 2 days I get a auto generated email ( or standard ) email saying that, they would schedule interview for so & so company & would hear from them, later nothing is received, I feel like its a fake email.

They have taken some 5-6K to do nothing with a false promise. Please look into this & Im quite sure they must have taken money from thousands of people like me for doing nothing. So please help everyone.

i paid the money on Feb 2023 & till date i have not got any job offers / confirmed interview schedules.
i got a letter from them today that refund is rejected.
this is a total FRAUD company.

I have taken the services of ECPS on april 25th 2023. Since then i received some interviews scheduled mails. I have visited on of the offices (Posidex) for attending interview. However, i got to know that there was no opening at all for the position in that company and also they claimed that they did not inform ECPS about any of the recruitement . They also informed me that it is a fake company. Post that, i have reached out to ECPS again for clarification, and they said it could have happened by mistake. Later, I asked them to schedule interviews online instead of in-person. Inspite of reminding them, they were only sending in-person interviews. when I have requested for the refund, I was told that money cannot be refunded, because they have introduced me to 6 companies and scheduled interviews for 7 companies (All-inperson)
The introduction mails were not copied to me. and the inperson interviews were scheduled with short notice time. It was always a mail, but not informed me by calling me on mobile. Please help me with the refund process

Looks the lady and placement both are fraud - they take the benefit of people in need.

I am going to burst on them - via social media - and if required Legal proceedings too.

I was called by an agent called Aswini on 21st July asking me to make a payment of around Rs.5416 for getting a suitable job. I did made a payment. The agent also promised me to get the interview scheduled within a week by understanding my profile and also by sharing the JD. Till now no JD has been shared to myself and they don't even respond to calls. Even if they schedule the interview its totally irrelevant. Looks like they do not have any connects with the other companies and they are totally fake.

I had enrolled basis their assurance that the fees will be refunded in case they are unable to place me. Post payment of the fees had signed their agreement (since fees was already paid) and on the trust that they would be able to find suitable openings for me.

Unfortunately, it was not so, it is a totally unprofessional and they didn't even try to understand my profile and scheduled interviews in a couple of company's irrelavant to my profile and also not mentioning much details about the role or the Company and with such short notice making it impossible to attend the interview.

Seeing this approach had requested for the refund of the fees as was assured to me. They came back stating that I need to wait for 3 months before they can process the refund. Post 3 months when I had approached them they started citing various clauses of the agreement and trying to avoid refunding the fees, they after few email interactions they have even stopped responding to my emails. This company is run by some fraudsters who are scamming people saying that if they are looking for any job change they might arrange interview with companies and ask people to pay around 5000. Once paid they do not respond back. This company is on linked and naukri platforms from where they are stealing job seeker's information.

I had enrolled on[protected] by paying 5416/- vide registration number 37077 dt:21-11-22. after that i have received a formal call stating that they are planning to arrange interview,

in that one address was wrong- no support from ECPS team.
remaining all arranged for HR rolls instead of supply chain, they didn't even corrected it in their data base.
When ever I called teams says that your profile is not available in our data base.

after several call to Ms. Anitha ECPS team member who called me and completed my registration etc.. then they responded to me by sending mail with their new contact details on 17-03-22, from then I keep on sending mails for the refund, they lagged up to 10th April'22. on 10th April'23 mail they mentioned 10 days time to complete refund process, but till now nothing replied on mail. simply sent one letter to my home address by mentioning that your refund application has been rejected.

One of the Bengaluru based consultation firm has done fraud of 5000. they offered to help in job hunting and in case of failing to get new job, they promised money back. They never sent any serious offer and continued to send fake Walk in which was never suitable for a managerial role. all of their interview emails were without JDs, CTC details etc.. it was a struggle to connect with them and a time wastage 3 months.

now they are refusing to return the money stating I never attended their interviews. Please advise.

I had registered on 3 August 2022. My refund application is still pending with your team.

I request you to please provide an update on the same. I haven't heard anything since 4 February.

Please note that there were 3 main requirements that I had mentioned at the time of registration to Ms Sehar Fatima and also on numerous email replies to ECPS:

1. Please arrange online interviews for me. As I will not be able to go out and attend any offline interviews in Delhi or any other location.

2. Please look for positions of a Senior Associate Consultant only as that is my current designation in my current organization.

3. Please arrange interviews at MNCs only as I am currently working for an MNC and do not wish to downgrade.

None of these requirements were taken into account while scheduling interviews for me because of which I was unable to attend even 1 single interview.

Request you to please process my refund at the earliest.

I have written multiple emails and have called multiple times. Please note that after this I'm moving towards taking legal action in court because I have all call recordings and emails for evidence.

Paid fee (5416/- INR (inclusive of taxes) on 10th of Aug 2022 as demanded against job guarantee.

They sent some random emails without logic or JD. And when I was able to get job on my own and they were supposed to refund money... But no proper answer no logic no professionalism.

I'm justifying and filling forms since early Oct 22 but all in vain.

Its been a month now, not even a single interview is arranged. Its the 2nd time I am enrolling and they gave me a commitment in companies like Deloitte, BCG, KPMG etc my RESUME is shortlisted, not even a single progress had happened.

I was called by Divya of ECPS in the month of August-2022 and I had joined ECPS for a period of six months timeframe after which, if not satisfied, I could ask for a refund of the registration amount of Rs 5000.
Not being satisfied with their service, I had applied for refund on the 11th of january2023.
In the meanwhile, on the 21st of January 2023, a mail was sent to me from Exalt consultancy ([protected]@exaltconsulting.com)
asking me to attend a intetview with M/s Annapurna Group on the 23rd of January-2023, 9.30 AM, for the post of Sr.General Manager and was asked to contact Mr.Mithun
Accordingly I went for the interview and met Mr Mithun who categorically informed me that no interview whatsoever has been scheduled, in fact he clearly stated that he does not know of any Exalt consultancy and there is no post for Sr General Manager in Annapurna group
I sent a mail to Exalt consultancy regarding this, and as expected there was no reply, rather received a phone call asking me what happened?
Doesn't this amount to cheating and fraud?
Now my refund application has been rejected as per clause 16,
Wonder how many persons have been cheated by them.

I onboarded in 2018 where i paid 5416/- for Exalt Consultancy and received no interviews or any service. Post which, when i asked for refund, they denied it.

This time, they approached me telling to give a 2nd chance mentioning my RESUME is shortlisted in top MNCs and will surely get the placement and also reimburse my last amount. I paid 4500/-
Now, they are again rejecting my calls and not responding at all. No interviews are scheduled yet. I have paid total of 9916/- for nothing.
These guys are really fraudulent where they take money from people giving fake commitments.
