I was called by Divya of ECPS in the month of August-2022 and I had joined ECPS for a period of six months timeframe after which, if not satisfied, I could ask for a refund of the registration amount of Rs 5000.
Not being satisfied with their service, I had applied for refund on the 11th of january2023.
In the meanwhile, on the 21st of January 2023, a mail was sent to me from Exalt consultancy ([protected]@exaltconsulting.com)
asking me to attend a intetview with M/s Annapurna Group on the 23rd of January-2023, 9.30 AM, for the post of Sr.General Manager and was asked to contact Mr.Mithun
Accordingly I went for the interview and met Mr Mithun who categorically informed me that no interview whatsoever has been scheduled, in fact he clearly stated that he does not know of any Exalt consultancy and there is no post for Sr General Manager in Annapurna group
I sent a mail to Exalt consultancy regarding this, and as expected there was no reply, rather received a phone call asking me what happened?
Doesn't this amount to cheating and fraud?
Now my refund application has been rejected as per clause 16,
Wonder how many persons have been cheated by them.
