Exalt Consulting Placement Services [ECPS] — Refund and non responsiveness

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the lack of professionalism and accountability I experienced during my engagement with your services. The Relationship Manager assigned to me failed to forward my profile to any suitable companies. The only interview communication I received turned out to be invalid, as there was no actual requirement. Despite repeated attempts to contact her, my calls went unanswered, and when she eventually responded, the HR details provided were incorrect. This demonstrated a clear lack of interest in supporting my job search.

As the validity period of the service has expired, I am now pursuing a refund. Unfortunately, the refund email ID initially provided was incorrect. I attempted to reach the team multiple times at [protected]/25, but my calls were not answered. On 25th May, I identified the correct email ID and submitted all required details. After persistent follow-ups, I finally received an acknowledgment on 5th June, confirming that the refund would be processed within 15 working days. However, this commitment has not been honored.

Despite reminder emails and calls, the team continues to demonstrate poor responsiveness. Calls are transferred without proper handling, and representatives refuse to share their names. One representative assured me of a callback within 10 minutes, which never materialized. This pattern of negligence mirrors the lack of effort shown during the job application process.

It is evident that the team lacks the capability to cater to senior-level roles and fails to uphold basic standards of professionalism. The dismissive and discourteous behavior I experienced is unacceptable. I request immediate resolution of my refund without further delay.
