I am writing to express my disappointment with the consultancy and to formally request a refund of ₹1806. My experience with the team has not been satisfactory, and the level of professionalism displayed by the staff, including senior executives, has fallen short of my expectations.

Initially, before I enrolled, the staff was polite and accommodating. However, once I signed up, the quality of service declined significantly. I received several interview emails that appeared to be generated by the consultancy people, and I found it concerning that the company name does not even appear on Google.

A representative named Tanushree assured me that I would start receiving interview calls immediately upon enrollment. Unfortunately, this has not happened, and I am still unclear about the types of interviews being offered. To date, I have not been provided with any opportunities for interviews with reputable multinational companies, which has been extremely disappointing.

Due to this experience, I believe I am entitled to a refund. It has now been one month without any interviews or a refund. I feel that the actions of the team are disingenuous, and all the staff seem to be cut from the same cloth.

I urge you to take strict action against this consultancy as they are playing with people's futures. To be honest, it seems that karma will eventually catch up with them. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
