Respected sir, Im one o[censored]r costumers, SUNEEL KUMAR PENETI with ID: PULSAR079 from nellore, using our excell broadband service, Since friday[protected] i have been complaining and requesting daily concern department about the problem im facing with ur network (very slow, not even to browse or open a page). I get wexed with the service, till now no one will try to solve the problem, no one properly reacting. Im completely DISAPPOINTED with the service. IM kindly requesting u sir, please give proper service and solve. I[censored]r not able to give service, please terminate or cancel service.

I am Siddhartha from vijayawada . I am not getting the proper service from them, they are not responding immediately . They are not giving any reason for delay in service. They are not willing to allow me to talk to their head officer and disconnecting the call in between.
