Hi, My name is Hyder ali Mohammad. I am resident of machilipatnam.
I have subscribed for 6 months pack for Excell broadband. Actually im interested to take 1 month and continue but they told here there is no wire connection, so minimum you to take 6 months they told and separate installation charges has taken. Now internet is not working for few days.. when i am going to complaint about this they told today it will complete or tomorrow it will complete and power failure .hope these issues are not correct to provide internet service. This is not first time many times i have faced this problem. if internet is stopped. dont know how much it takes to work.I never seen such a worst network in our area. i want to disconnect the internet connection and shift to bsnl or any trusted one. please solve Was this information helpful? |
