The technicians at Nalgonda are not responding to my problems when contacted. Mainly when I I am trying to log to the connection it is appearing user name or password is wrong eventhough I typed correctly. When I called them they are not answering and I am putting to dissatisfaction of Internet and I am unable to use Internet.
