Hi Team,
On 9th Jan, 2022 - I called Excitel customer care to get the new connection.
On 11th Jan, 2022 - the team came and installed the device, I paid 5000 rupees via google pay (2000 for device and 3000 for plan).
It worked only for 15 mins and since then till not it's been 3 days and it's still showing no internet connection.
I called customer care 37 times till now, they keep saying 'our ground team is working to resolve the issue' but not even a single technician has visited my place.
I read the policy ' they has mentioned if the company does not provide connection in the particular area, company will have to refund the entire amount'.
In the pandemic situation, I visited the personally and the local service provider is clearly saying that we won't provide service in this area and they will not refund my money also.
Shame on Excitel that in this situation where people are dying due to shortage of money, Excitel is busy in looting the public.
I request you to please help me in getting my refund. I need my money back.
The service provider is also not passing any communication to the excitel as he is getting commission from other local broadband dealers.
And the customer is struggling continuously between excitel and local service provider.

    Dear team,

    I had paid 1 year subscription and since jan 4th there is no internet connection. I have kept following up and they are not fixing this.
    They are not ready to pay back my money and will only give Security Deposit.
    They are not taking care of this issue at all. they are just minding their own business.
    They keep telling they are fixing but not a single person has called me back for a fix.
    Excitel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      They are not refunding my deposit money. They are kept me waiting and every time they say we are sorry we are working on it. 2 months has been passed and they are not willing to refund my money

        I want to file a complaint agains EXCITEL internet.from past more then 20 days i am not able to use internet because of signal loss. everyday i am calling customer care twice and thrice to inform but everytime they assure me to resolve it within 24 hours but still my problem has not been resolved yet. in this pandemic situation everyone is doing work from home and all they need is internet but from past few days i am not able to do my work and daily reacharging my phone data which is costing me a lot. sometime customer care informed that there is problem in your area and sometime they have gold me that they can not contact my area service provider. now its almost a month and my problem of signal loss is still there. i am really frustrated now and can not think what to do now. i paid the amount in advance and already spent a lot of money on reacharging net data.

        still my issue of internet has been not resolved. i am tired of calling customer care. everytime they assure me to resolve internet issue but nothing has happened. because of no internet my work is suffering.

        still my problem has not been resolved and i am stuck now in this situation. no one is listening to me. i am calling on daily basis but my coomplaint is being neglected. i am getting excuses from customer care that they will resolve it but all in vain. now i asked them to terminate the services 3 days back but they are again giving me excuses that they will resolve and when i pressurised for termination then they are not ready to give my security and advance amount back. they said that i have to go to thier reginal office and need to submit their box and again need to wait for thirty days to get my security deposit back. i am now stuck in the situation where excitel is not ready to fix my connection neither they are ready to refund my amount.
        Also my problem has not been resolved properly and i am stuck now in this situation. I am calling on daily basis but my complaint is being neglected. i am getting excuses from customer care that they will resolve it but all in vain. When i call to customer care they said we are working on it but after 2-3 days again network is down for hours and hours, i lost thousands of money due to network problem. Also i mailed for full information of my booked tickets they said 'THIS IS CONFIDENTIAL we can not provide you that information'. Excitel broadband service is TOO WORST don't choice of it.

          I have been using Excitel Wifi for the past 4-5 years and I currently have a plan of 9 months, I started receiving net issues around 4 months back as soon as I recharged. I am receiving 20 Mbps download speed, 0.67 Mbps o[censored]pload speed, and 250 jitters along with 20 pings in a plan of 200 Mbps. Even a 2G network 5 years back was better than this speed. Since then I have been constantly trying to get the issue resolved but sadly none of your Executives has been able to solve the issue. The behavior of executives is ridiculous and not acceptable at all. They constantly cut the call after listening to the problem and if I raise a ticket online, they just close the ticket without even confirming with me. I have a FB Page of 200K which was a major source of earning giving approximately 100$ a week and because of the low internet speed issue I am losing all of that money. In Between this year, there was only 1 month for which my internet worked fine, and guess what, that was exactly the time of the year when my plan was expiring and I had to renew it at that time as the internet was working fine for the time being but as soon as I recharged, I started facing the same issue again. Logically I have not been provided with the services for which I paid. Taking more than 4 months to solve the issue and still the issue has not been resolved. I have raised more than 15 Tickets and more than 40 calls on the Excitel Customer Care Number. This unprofessional behavior was not expected from such a big company. I would request you to provide me with a refund of the recharge as I have no hope of the issue getting resolved.

            I have been trying to reach the customer service for the past three days regarding broadband service not working. I was told yesterday by a local partner that my connection has been discontinued. I have never defaulted in bills and was never given notification from the provider. I have been trying to reach the company but both the numbers on the website (https://www.excitel.com/contact-us/) are wrong - one is not in service and the other toll free one connects to some medical service like in the US since the prompt is to dial 911. They are not responding to emails or the tickets raised on the portal.
            Local partner is also not responding. I don't know how else to contact them and get this resolved.

              I am using excitel internet connection from past 1 year with the registered number [protected] and i am not happy with the services. i am frequently facing the LOS issue. i used to complaint for this and your team promised everytime to get it resolved in 24 hours which never happened. Technician never visits or he visits after two/three of my complaint.

              I am doing work from home and due to this issue i have to visit to my friends place to get my work done everytime or recharge my phone net which is very costly.

              From past three days i am facing LOS issue again and your customer care team provided me only one day extra to compensate which is really not acceptable. one day compensation is not enough as 3 day internet disconnection cost me around INR 700 which is equivalent of one month charge of the service.

              I am really upset with the services and the one day componsation given by your team is very absurd.it would be better if i will switch to other services because in anyways i am spending much money by recharging my phone net.

                Hi,
                I have taken a WIFI connection for Excitel and used it for some time. Because of the service issue by the local provider I have canceled my connection & returned the modem in Feb 2021 to the provider when I have asked him to refund the security, he told me to wait for another 2 months as security will be returned by the company. After 2-3 months when I have chased them for the refund they continously denied for the refund. Now it's almost 9 months I am cahsing for the refund but thay are denying it by saying that they are still waiting for the refund from the company.
                I have the slip with me for the refund from SUNNY BROAD BAND but they are not refunding the amount.

                I am very disappointed with your provider & the services provided by excitel.

                  I have very bad experience with the Excitel Fiber Net in Hydeabad.

                  After my inquiry they called continuously for payment. I have paid 6, 500 for paid connection 6+3 months, 100 MBPS connection. In that 2, 000 for device deposit. After being paid they took 3 days to make the installation. That too they fixed second-hand router that is getting overheated under the device.
                  And the Internet is dammed slow.. even not loading images on normal websites. Now they are not picking my calls and avoiding me.

                    After connection termination and returning back the device, deposit amount is not refunded. Even after following up multiple time with customer care, they were just gave assurance to return but it's being 3 months. They did not refund.

                        Hello Sir/Madam

                        I have requested to terminate my connection and give back refund amount of security deposit.
                        I have raised sevaral tickets about security amount refund, excitel employees has collected the router on 21st Oct'21 after one month I have raised the issue for non received the security amount. Excitel team has reverted that the security amount has refunded on 21st Nov'21 but I've not received the amount in my bank account.

                        I have called to customer care and raised the issue, then CCE demanded bank account statement. I have uploaded the bank statement against ticket no. 7424590 and taken follow ups many time they always said your issue is under process and it will be resolved today or tomorrow.

                        Tickets closure time already exceeded but issue yet not resolve. Kindly look in to this and arrange to resolve the same else I'll raise the greviance against the same. Thank you.

                          I have requested to terminate my connection and give back refund amount of security deposit.
                          I have raised sevaral tickets since July 2021, then they have terminated my connection and sent a courier person (From Delhivery) to collect the device.

                          I have handed over the device and they have updated the same on courier agency (delhivery) website (AWB No. is [protected])

                          Hi, this complaint is against Excitel Broadband Service Pvt LTD. I requested for a Broadband connection from Excitel on 9th November 2021 and also made full payment for the device and plan(200gbps). Then they didn't complete the installation for an week so I requested them to terminate the connection and refund my money. After that they took around 15 days to process and finally on 25th November 2021 they raised the ticket for refund and gave me 1 week time to complete the process but now today is 7th December 2021 and they are not responding to the ticket. I called them multiple times and I have the recording also with their executive. Every time they say "give us 2 more days and we will resolve this" but I got no solution.

                            It's been more than 9months now. I have submitted my device to them and not received any information regarding the refund. I am calling them since then. In the month of November they said they will give me the refund in a week but again when I called them they are telling me the case is not closed for device collection. Again they are escalating my refund case. I do have the recordings of the customer care who told me that I will receive my refund.

                              Hi, my name is ratan with excited I'd ratan_v91bv my internet is not coming from past 2days...i have send them multiple complaints via their app, their email helpdesk...every possible thing. They just have only one response it will be solved within 4 hours and then nothing happens...you complain again and then same response. I am working from home and suffering extremely. I have spend nearly 300 rs extra over mobile data to manage work from home. And they are so dishonest that you raise a request and they close it on their own saying the issue is solved...without even doing anything. Very disheartened and disappointed. How can a company like this is running is beyond my imagination.

                                I recharged my Excitel broadband on 22nd Nov 2021 and my service has not been resumed yet.
                                Nor anyone from Excitel has contacted me regarding this issue despite several calls and email complaint.
                                I asked for refund today and this has been denied by Excitel.
                                I work in a private company (work from home) and missing on my deliverables which is causing a job risk for me.

                                Please help.

                                  I had registered for a broadband connection on November 14. Till date installation has not been done. The ASP says the local wiring has been damaged due to diwali firecrackers. This guy was begging me to buy a connection but when it came to installation, this guy has been ignorant. My username is [protected]. Third class service. The customer care support does not know anything and only give false promises. I want a full refund of the entire amount paid on registration.

                                      Struggling with connection transfer request

                                      I have been taken a new connection from Excitel in Aug'21 for next six months, due to some reason I have to shift from current location to near by location within 700 meter. Since 20 days I have been struggling for my connection for trasnfer but Excitel is not bothering also.
