Hii,
My name is Vikrant Katiyar.I am an existing customer of excitel from last 6 months in double puliya vijaynagar kanpur, 208005.
My service provider was doing fraud with me as he had gave me connection with different name from last 6 months but I was not aware from this and when I get to know about this, I say that I want to surrender the connection.
But when I asked about the refundable amount and remaining plan amount than he abused me.And it's approx 2 months are over and he had not refund my amount .
Name of Service provider of my is Mr. Deepu Srivastava.
Kindly look into this issue.This is my humble request to you.

    Iam writing this msg to inform You that your customer response is very pathetic and worst . Iam trying to get my refund from past one month and raised tickets number of times but has showed very poor quality response. I terminated my connection one month before but my refund still not credited to my account. I went to regional office also for request to come and take connection but left with jo answers. They are giving very bad excuses and stubborn and saying will not come for taking connection do whatever you want.

    I kindly request you take action as soon as possible.

      We paid Rs. 7064.66 and since then we are following up for a GST Invoice.
      Invoice Number : 7-DLINV/6279502 Dated: 24.08.2021

      They are not even bothering to reply to any mails or to any ticket on their App. Ticket Number 6634335 had been opened and reopened every day since last two weeks.

      Looks like, due to malafide tax practices, they do not intentionally want to provide Invoice with our GST number mentioned. Because of this serious malpractice, we will also lose Input for the Tax Amount. They will not pay GST to government because this Invoice will never reflected on portal.

      Hoping some tax authorities to notice all this . .

        I have got a new connection Excitel Broadband Connection, have paid charges for plan 725/-, Broadband security charges 2000/- & Installation charges 1000/-, there are already discussed before got a new connect this amount is refundable, I had escalated to customers care but he is not responding, Customers / Vendor not Responding...

          Excitel website shows Rs 399 per month for 100 Mbps on 12 month payment (effective price) whereas asking me to pay Rs 822 (same plan for 12 months ).
          Called customer care they are now asking again for money after paying installation amount and hanged up the call .
          I am just asking provide me what you are promising on your website nothing extra .
          Get this sorted or ready to receive the consumer court notice .

            I have purchased an internet connection from your company with Customer ID - [protected], Registered mobile number – [protected].

            At the time of sales, I was being promised 300 MBPS speed and subscription of 4 OTT applications (Zee Prime, VOOT, EROS NOW & SHEMAROO) - which also mentioned in your website. So basis sales executive I paid 1000Rs for ONU and Rs2660 for 3 Months 300 MBPS connection.

            From yesterday morning I have made 100 of calls to customer care, service provider and the sales guy; but every time I was being promised that OTT subscription will be activated in few hours but till now there is no solution provided.

            The speed offered was only in papers but the truth is very bitter that neither the promises are kept nor the services are getting delivered.

            I raised tickets also in your app but these are also good for nothing- now service provider and sales guy is not picking phone and customer care is just reading the scripts and responding that wait for another 48 hours- any tie I calls it increases another 48 hours.

              They scammed me of 1000rs. They have yet to refund me of my security deposit money even after 2 months. Proof is In the pic below

                Vibration world service provider is trying to scam me, i have been using excitel fiber for 6 months and now they changed it to reeltime connection without asking, and now if i ask them to fix the issue they want me to pay 1000rs for the fiber connection, even though i already have the fiber connection, fiber cable, onu device, 1gbps router. and after removing my fiber connection they keep disconnecting my network so that i have to pay for the fiber again, these guys are scammers and customer care is also letting them scam me.

                  Its been more than 4 days, our wifi is not working properly and the red light is blinking continously .
                  we have been contacting to customer care and their head office, regional partner but nobody is responding in an ethical manner even my father has warned them that he would file an FIR but they dont give a damn about it as one of their regional partner said, "ja ke kar dijiye"
                  is this the manner to talk to someone, we have been calling and talking to them asking for their help as we have taken 9 months wifi plan and still its been in 2 months advance
                  IS THIS THE WAY YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMER IF OUR PLAN IS NOT BEEN IN ADVANCE I WOULD HAVE IMMIDEATLY TERMINATE MY WIFI SERVICE.
                  so now please give a proper response because thIs is the last time I am contacting

                    I have been using your net since 4, 5 years, if there is any issue related to the net, then it is getting resolved by messaging you and giving payment online, on which you used to get a call from your goal market operator that You don't make online payment, you paid me taxes after 5 or 5 months, after that he filled new form and gave connection with new id and no id was given and a small box which was attached with the connection. Took it off and didn't even connect it again and then your operator started asking for payment in your account and no one on the net does not even pick up the phone when it comes to the net, so I am fed up with your net and cut this connection from this month. If you do not take any proper action against the operator of the goal market, your connections will also be reduced in this area because of your own goal market operator.

                      I have been reaching out to customer care for past 2 weeks but the issue not yet resolved. I tried reaching them via emails and on telephone. Everytime they say we have updated our records and over local team will reach out but no contacts back.

                      I have also paid for yearly plan and the net is not working since August 7th. also i am not able to login to the excitel mobile app and the contact number that pops up to contact is not active

                        I purchased excitel fiber broadband in gurgaon. But every 3rd day internet is not working. Very poor service of exictel. I recommand everyone please do not purchase excitel broadband. And if you call excitel customer care, they told they can do noting.

                              Excitel does not send people to collect device after multiple calls and does not return the refundable deposite of 2000 INR.
                              I also had a call with the local guy but he did not come to collect. They are interested in only settings up the device and not collecting it.

                                Using excitel broadband in NCR Region, where I am facing frequent disconnections across all connected devices several times in a day almost 5-9 times at random intervals. This affects my work as the connection goes off abruptly and takes several minutes to re-establish.

                                This issue has been going on for 2 months now, and everytime I am told that everything is fine from Excitel's side and the tickets are closed. Whereas I still face problems every day. There have been no technician visits despite requesting them several times.

                                I have escalated the matter to [protected]@excitel.com but I received the same response from the team there as well.
                                I have attached photos, videos and Logs depicting the problem I am facing, but I get the reply that everything is fine from Excitel.

                                In view of the above I asked for connection termination and refund, and Excitel has refused to give any refund either. I am stuck with a unstable connection and have experienced terrible service at the hands of Excitel.

                                Please avoid Excitel Broadband if you can, to save yourself headaches.

                                Writing to Consumer complaint to highlight this Business Malpractice at the hands of Excitel Broadband. Please request appropriate action.

                                  I payed rs 2000 to excitel infront of their technician and when the payment is done their payment gateway showed error and the money is deducted from my account and then the technician making silly excuses that it's my fault that I pressed back, but the point is I never pressed back button. They are all cheaters.

                                  I thought the online reviews of excitel being a bad isp is false and I ordered one and ended up losing 2830 rupees.

                                  Please trust online reviews and don't be a fool like me of ignoring it.

                                  ( Additional 830 for 1 month play which I payed in cash to the technician a day before. )

                                  Please don't fall for them all reviews are true.

                                    I had lodged complaint for not getting proper internet services last month and Excitel is not fixing the issue and taking regular payments .

                                    Local technician abuses and dont come to fix the issues neither customer care is able to handle the situation . I have been calling them almost a month now and they are still not fixing the issue and they continue to take the payment .

                                      I had issues with no internet connectivity, i had raised a ticket throuhh app 896259, which got closed withouy any confirmation neither call. Again i opened onr more ticket 896350 which was again closed.

                                      Now i have opened the 3rd ticket 896428 for the same reason and its still not resolved.
