    I purchased ONU fiber connection from excitel for 1000/- but it has been cancelled by excitel as they don't provide that service. Hence, they were supposed to refund money within 30 days but it's been close to 50 days by today. Everytime I call they just respond by saying I will receive within couple of days. The helplines are not useful as they say they don't solve this issue. please issue my refund swift

        When Work from Home started, we reached out to Excitel for Broadband internet connection in Bangalore- Lingarajapuram (My User ID: Divya S - [protected]) and paid the refundable deposit of 750Rs and three months payment of 1999.19Rs on 17th March 2020.

        Before they started their installation process we reached to Excitel office and asked to reimburse as we are moving to native due to pandemic for few months. The manager in Kammanahalli told he had to show sales so will reimburse 1999.19rs and when we take the connection again we can adjust the refundable deposit.

        We then never took the connection for 6 months and from 7th month we are following up for connection through customer care and till date we didn't get connection. We had asked to reimburse the 750rs of refundable deposit, but they are not responding till date. This is ridiculous and we are frustrated by shouting over phone daily. Please help us out at the earliest.

          My excitel internet connection is not working from past 4day if I call customer care by end of the day it will be solved they say if I call again customer care number is disconnecting calls. Every the same story I have taken it for 1 year nobody is ready for service contact [protected]

            my i.d is [protected] and i m a good pay master and running a hospital. i always paid subscription time to time but from last 10 days my internet is working. during this period i complained so many times.
            your field staff some time says this is router problem some time says this is wire problem but they didn't solve this problem so far.
            they always demand arrange router and wire by self how it is possible. in today corona time you can think how we are and my patient scuffing. i can say only this you are irresponsible and non performing persons and you are enemy of human society.

              Hi Team

              In August 2020, I terminated the connection and handed over the device to the team. Then the team asked me to wait for 90 days so that they can refund the security deposit amount of 2000 Rs.

              Now when I am chasing them for the security amount, they are not even replying nor refunding the amount.

              I already shared the bank account details to refund the amount (As asked by the team).

              Please help.

                My name is gourav babu. I have been contacting excitel customer service for 3 days. But I am not getting any good response from them. Everyone is telling me the same thing that turn off your router, turn on. Just do nothing else. He simply says that we also have to press the connection on our behalf. But not yet, I did not get any solution from anywhere. It's been 72 hours complete to going their connection, but whenever I speak, the only thing they get from their side is that our team work should be done by our team sometime. Neither have any of their agents been contacted yet.
                I am a student and on YouTube as well, I am having problems on both sides. I have not been able to make any video since 3 days, nor am I able to join my online classes only and only because of no internet. I have screenshots from all the recordings as well as when my internet has gone and when I have spoken to the customer service. I do all these things below
                Problem start from 25 April 2021, 04:00am
                20/04/2021 03:37pm 1st time registered a complain in this month
                26/04/2021 04:49pm 2nd time registered a complain in this month
                26/04/2021 11:27pm 3rd time registered a complain in a same day
                27/04/2021 06:28pm 4th time contact us but they didn't response of my call.
                28/04/2021 12:26am 5th time registered a complain.
                28/04/2021 01:06am my internet frequently disconnected.

                  Hi Team,

                  Please assist with raising a complaint against excitel broadband. My internet is not working from last so many days & no one is ready to fix it.

                  I have called the customer many times now & it's not getting resolved at all. I have paid for 9 months plan.

                    I recharged my excitel account on 09/04/2021. I wasn't given any info about services stopping if we didn't switch to fiber cables. Now, from 16/04/2021 my internet services has stopped and the service provider is asking me to switch to fiber cables by giving him 2000 rupees. When denied he says that services will no longer work. I did not expect such behaviour from a company like excitel. I also talked about refund from the service provider but he denied and refused to talk more about it. I would also like to point out the fact that i am the only one in my area whose internet service is down while the rest of the people's services are working. I request my refund as I am highly disappointed my service provider.

                      Excitel is worse network service provider, their customer are dumb, so when you opt for wifi, and then you use get speed issues, they say sit next to wifi or near it, if we have to keep the wifi router with us then can't we use the internet, they say i[censored] use vpn then that might happen, so if we are supposed to be working and use their net/wifi it meant they cant help, you need perosnal wifi and office wifi diff, 50 mbps speed they say, even the speed test don't work sometimes, paid 2100 more so that they connect my wifi with optic fiber but same issue . Even if only 1 mobile or laptop is connected, videos at 720p or 480p starts to buffer and automatically quality changes to 240p as per network or speed

                        , i have raised ticket in customer care 10 times and every time ticket closed without resolution and today i decided to terminate the connection because poor service, your services is very poor and there is no accountability.

                        I have still not received 2000 security amount which I given as refundable amount at time of connection.

                            A simple word, the worst & Rubbish internet service provider. Don’t waste your money. The local cable operator is far better than this unworthy excitel ISP. Worst service, worst network.
                            I just remember the MTNL broadband Connection I used long back (10 years back). I feel, the MTNL was far better than Excitel Broadband
                            The Unlimited Data upto 100Mbps with No Data Limits / No Installation Charges is just a Temptation for the customers. Pure rubbish. They charge for installation (if your residence is far from the router box) and ask for the security money i.e. 2000/-
                            The customer care support is Brainless, they just one only one line i.e. “sure, I will help you”. Nothing else they do. No will attend your call for complaints seriously. I have logged more than 50 complaints about only one reason i.e. Packet loss occurring. However, it has been more than 5 months, nothing happened. My network is discounted within every 5 to 7 minutes. My issue (Packet loss) is not resolved by the Excitel & I will happily install the other ISP or my old ISP (Hathway).
                            If you play online games or do work from home and need a network without any packet loss, please, it’s my suggestion, don’t go with this ISP.
                            My honest suggestion, don’t go with the Excitel Broadband, better is to feed a Beggar

                              My excitel internet is not working. I have already raised a complaint regarding the same. A technical person came to my place and said there is some wire issue. I asked them to change the wire however I received the call from my local provider asking me to upgrade to fiber internet which I definitely dont want to do. It should be an option and not a necessity. I want this to be resolved now

                                  On 18/02/2021 I contracted with you for Excitel Fiber 100mbps 12 months broadband connection.
                                  I entered into the contract on the basis of being provided with an estimated stable speed of 100mbps on 5Ghz bandwidth and 50mbps on 2.4Ghz bandwidth network. In practice I’m not achieving proper speed in and gets disconnected frequently.

                                  When I first learned of this problem, I contacted Excitel customer support number[protected], and was told that your problem will be fixed in next 48 hours. But then without solving my issue, someone from Excitel closed my complaint ticket. After one week and 10hrs my speed became stable but when i closed my ticket, I started facing the same speed issues again. It's been more than a week since I am facing this issue and because of this issue I was not able to complete my task on time which caused a lot of harm. Still my problem is not solved.

                                  Its been a week since they are saying that we will solve this issue within 48 hours but they don't.

                                  This is fraud.

                                    There is no internet connection for the past 10 days in our house in the name of Ms. Priya Garg. We have tried to contact your local connection provider named Sunny Excitel Internet Service in Adarsh Nagar.
                                    It is very upsetting that Excitel has taken its customers for granted after setting up router and laying for wifi cable. There is lack of Customer support from your service provider's side.

                                      Hi, My name is Mohit Goswami, i am a resident of Ghaziabad, UP.
                                      I got Excitel broadband a few years back, at that time it was an ethernet connection and i was facing a lot of challenges, so Excitel took some additional money from me and moved me to Excitel Fiber
                                      It worked great for the first few months after which i had to raise a complaint every 3 months for the Excitel team to come and check their device and box on the floor and roof (this is a society), After significant number of complaints they agreed to change the router at my place and gave me a new router (this happened 1.5 months back)
                                      The new router worked fine for 2 weeks and then it had to be rebooted every day. In the first, reboot took 2-3 mins and the connection was good, however, after 3 weeks, the reboot and connection started taking 25 to 30 mins after every reboot. Again the sequence of complains & tickets started and finally someone from GlobalSagar (Excitel's fiber partner) came to check. They said the router was bad and gave me a new one, this new router did not work at all, then their engineer said my id was not getting updated in their database which was causing the issue. Everytime this series of tickets and resolutions was done, my plan dropped to 5 Mbps instead of the 300 Mbps I have been paying for.
                                      I finally put a disconnection request on 14th March 2021 and asked to refund the amount for the router(was charged in security) and the advance payment for the plan
                                      It has been 6 days now and i am waiting for any one to call me from Excitel or to give any update or to even understand what went wrong
                                      Please help to get my money back

                                      My device was collected on 14th april and today is 30th may, the device refund still does not reflect in my statements
                                      When can i get my refund, no one picks up the phone or calls back, my account is suspended and so i cannot login to the app
