The issue that i have experienced was: yesterday only new connection established with 100 mbps and for 4 months plan and since yesterday frequent disconnection and downtime more than 6 hours yesterday and today it's more than 5 hours and still no resolution.

It occurred on: 17/06/2020

They will resolve after a while and then it will reoccur and then they will again resolve but this involves a lot calls, follow-up which i can't do in busy work schedule, so i just want them to terminate my connection and refund my paid amount of 2999 + 500 installation charges asap

I look forward to your prompt response on this matter.

    Got fibernet installed in the first week of this year. Paid for ac router, but was installed with a non ac router in the beginning. After about ten complaints, the local service people installed a standby ac router in march. Problem persisted of regular network breaks sometimes for days together but no one attended.
    Now it’s june and still my original router is not yet installed. No internet since many days. My subscription is totally wasted in the last five months. The local service people are giving excuses since long. This is the worst internet service provider i have encountered in my life.

      Hello,

      I had subscribed to the connection on 16th may for 100mbps (3+1 month) plan and paid 3000for plan +500 for installation and from day one itself. They have not been able to provide stable and reliable internet at all.

      What's worse is
      1. I have been following up since 23rd may till today i. E. 11th june

      2. No one responds at all. I dropped mail to their nodal officer's email id, tried reaching out on twitter/facebook, their customer care numbers do not work. Their mobile application do not work, attached app crash logs on their twitter account and facebook account saveral times. No resolution at all.

      3. Ticket details
      #3382858 no connectivity — raised on 23rd may still active no one responds and i haven't recieved a single call back from excitel on this.

      #3394385 if i want to terminate my connection how much money will i get back?? — their response was that they cannot give anything back since it's a prepaid connection, now i am stuck till september.
      Even now there is an outage going on since 6pm yesterday and it's 12 pm the next day now.

      4. They cheat their customers by first not providing any documentation regarding their subscription, then taking their money and providing the worst possible internet service, so much so that the customer will have to forfeit their amount and leave eventually.

      So asking them for refund of my money, they are not willing to consider that

      I have written to nodal/appellate officers also, but there is no response from them

        They are not providing any internet speed as per the plan chosen. They first collect in advance and they stop giving internet/speed. I have called the customer care and raised several tickets but no one is taking any action or responding. I have upgraded to 100 mbps plan from 50 mbps but now i am not getting even 5 mbps speed. I am loosing my money and time and also my work is getting impacted with slow speed. Please help me on this issue.

        Excitel Appellate is toying with me and jerking me around. Avoids my messages and phone calls. Doesn't call me back. Makes false promises.

        My Excitel broadband internet connection has not worked for more than a month. Ticket has been open for more than 18 days.

        I asked for a refund of half of my subscription amount. No reply. I call. No reply. I message on sms and WhatsApp. No reply.

        I should not shout. I should keep my cool. I should be polite and decent. It doesn't matter if I get internet or not. It is not their fault. It is the local service provider who needs to check. But they can't force the local service provider to hurry up. They are helpless babies. They can only take my subscription money for multiple months in advance.

        Customer support executive is an innocent helpless baby. Excitel Appellate Mayank [protected] is a busy guy in Dehradun who shouldn't be shouted at.

          Hi,
          I am mamta, residence in rohini sector-20. I have applied for 09 months plan for wi-fi connection (As on 06 months+03 months free) in 4300/- for plan +1500 for reouter +500 for installation charges.in this regard, it is submitted that the behavior of shri promod was not good as the provider of wi-fi connection of your respective company. His way of talking/ tone of voice is not favorable as the goodwill of company. Even he is not picking phone calls for adding some complaint regarding connection availability. My excitel id is mamta.800 and connected last evening on 28/05/2020. The wi-fi speed is very low and available only in one room only. I was used wi-fi only 02 hours. After that it is not working and showing connectivity error. When i called him two times from my number but he does not pick my call, even not reply for the same. Next day morning i again called him two times but he didn't pick/give any reply. Today, i informed him through my cousin that i don't want this wi-fi connection and please disconnect this connection today & give me my money back then he called me & said what is the complaint. This is ridiculous/very bad manners of providing services to a customer. He told me that your paid money will be refunded in 2 or 3 days to your account after deduction of charges. It is hardly request you to cancel his registration number for providing connectivity of respective excitel. Please provide us respective/friendly wi-fi provider who does his work passionately & honestly for the goodwill of respective excitel.

            This is reference of my account with excitel. RMN is [protected], there are 100 of complaint tickets have been opened from last two months. But despite a fix I’m not receiving my services as expected or supposed to be.
            I have even upgraded my plan but not getting services as promised.
            Local vendor here says everytime there is a squirrel who cuts the wire. This oame excuse is given by him to people who doesn’t even stay in same localities.
            They even control the bandwidth.
            They don’t bother to listen to any complaints of social media also.
            Now they called me today and they said we don’t provide refund etc. The person on call Krishna has said you have used 76gb of internet on this day. Even I told him now your services are being stopped at every night I hardly get good speed. They give very lame excuses that it’s active on app’s dashboard blindly.

              I have a id akbaruddin745 i have been working from home from couple of months and im not even getting stable internet its frustrating for me to use call everytime and create a ticket with them i already suggested them to give me connection from different box so that atleast i can have internet which works they didn't turn up to me with any answer and they ignoring me after getting renewed for quarterly and now they aren't lifting calls as well and don't know whom i have to coordinate everytime internet goes it takes them atl ast 4 days to get restore and how they restores is align ladder to electric pole and open cover and there small plastic switch which doesn't even has battery in that small box they take that switch in hand blow out with ther mouth then connects wire and says internet is good night w after couple of hours its gets disconnected again...

              My request still for them is to provide connection from different box and give atleast 15- 30 days of extension or refund my amount

                I'm a excitel broadband customer since a year. Since now it's a lockdown i'm working from home. I'm facing frequent internet disconnection and when i call customer service regarding this. Either they will say it will be fixed in 24 hours or they just apologize. I wanted to contact with their higher authority. But, customer care service told they don't have the number. Now it's been more than 4 days still no action is taken. If i call customer care service they will only say it will take 24 hours to be fixed. But still not fixed. It was a hectic experience with you people. I hate this service.

                It's not resolved. Why did you make it as resolved before confirming it with your customer. Guys, this Excitel people are no.1 fraud.

                  I have taken excitel broadband connection mar'2020 months back and believe me its worst broadband.
                  The agent and support don't pick the calls and always giving false hope.
                  There internet is not coming with the speed promised.
                  I am facing issue like multiple disconnections.
                  I have opened ticket and there turn around time is 24 hours and still after 48 hours no connection.
                  When i asked them to refund my money there executive is replying that we can't refund your money.
                  This is my worst experience with any broadband provider.
                  I cannot leave them as i they taken 4 months advance only need to survive with this bad experience.

                    Hello there,

                    I can't able to browse anything in my mobile. Sites like google chrome, instagram, whtsapp, facebook, etc. Are not working. Only youtube is working.
                    Please solve my problem asap if you are not able to solve my problem please give my refund back. Iam really very disappointed very angry.

                      Speed is very very slow, even slower then mobile network, complained many times but they close the ticket without solving the problem.

                      I am paying for 60 mbps plan but getting 5 mbps speed...

                      Connectivity loss is also very frequent.

                      Nothing is improving despite regular complaints on their website.

                      My hard earned money has wasted.

                          I am varun kaushik native of gurugram district of haryana. I am using an excitel connection named as real time binge with 59mbps plan. I have purchased it for annual plan and have paid full payment on 20 march 2020. It worked for about a month and now it is not working since 26 april. I tried calling them and raised a request but none of them answered or got it resolved.

                          This company know for there internet connection provider in delhi from last month i am using there service they give 30 days in 1 months my plan was 550 rupees 30 mps but i have to pay 1300/- rupees for first month. It means plan was 550 + 750 (For installation) in installation they only give me hanging wires without an installation i have to use my own router for this from last month i have make a 3-4 complaint regarding to my connection service from last 16 day i am facing the same problem every day and day by day i told them to resolve as soon as possible because i have lost my money and students education because of this internet and poor poor service. Today is the 1st may i am getting the same problem for last 10 hours still they will not reply my any query i need my refund for my all which i have lost in this last 16 to 15 days because of their poor service connection i want my broadband installation + plan money back. I will request to the delhi internet consumer do not use excitel for their important work and work from home jobs. Everytime they told me we have resolved my problem after 6-8 hours again problem is rising and they will said to me we have fix they told me there is a wire cutting problem something issue which is not acceptable in this field because that broadband is need for the regulatory internet access but this type of company will not provide your better connection so please be aware of this companies they give a cheap rate prices service but after sales service is very very poor for everyone and the rating on the internet is also is 2.5 so go for another service provider this is my humble request to all the delhi internet consumers. They have a refund policy also but they refused my refund case without any reason. My request to this companies to refund my money back no need anymore service from your company.

                            My name is sanjay... I been using excitel broadband since 2018 september... The service provided by them sucks. Internet connectivity is sporadic and may even stay disconnected for more than hours or days.. When you call the excitel official helpline number, the customer executive will ask you to wait few more hours without even delineating the cause. If you do contact them frequently and tell them about the grievance they would simply ask you to lodge a complaint on their application which is one hell of a mess, as far as functionality is concerned. The utility of app is useless, you won't be able to login first and even if you manages to cross this stygian alley, you won't be able to find the vault of grievance redressal mechanism, horrible loop of nightmare.
                            Back to internet speed. The speed loss is quite frequent and perpetual. I have a 100 mbps connection but when i do speed test recently, ookla speed test barely manages to cross the 10 mbps mark.. That's make no sense,, why would someone gonna pay to a broadband company for a 10 mbps actual speed?.. If someone can easily able to get more speed from a mobile internet connection.? Signal strength where i use internet is around 90% on 2.4 ghz.
                            This is disgusting, the broadband company thinks he can easily the customer money and able to getaway as the ethical and judicial measures in this country are too shady and cumbersome to be challenged by any individual...
                            Useless service provider, purpose of this post is to caution everyone about the modus operandi of this service provider. Stay safe...

                              Again and again no connection since 5 days. Even after complaining, no one bother to check and inform customer what is the problem. Due to unfortunate situation, we are working from home, unable to do work due to no connection. Which will risk my job. Basically i issue with connectivity... Excitel team is least bother to resolve my connectivity issues... Every second day there is connectivity problem. N no. Of ticket raised but not take seriously.. No one respond on time...

                                My name is vinay goswami and i am broadband customer of excitel. I had requested for conversion of my existing broadband connection to fibre connection. I was told by the excitel executive that by depositing a sum of rs.750/- and selecting a suitable plan for 6 months i would be provided with the fibre connection with in maximum time limit of 45 days. I deposited the same and waited for the fibre connection to be installed.in the mean time i kept inquiring about the progress and was assured that the connection would be provided with in the time limit and they are in touch with their local partner gaur cables. But, to my utter shock and surprise i was not provided with the fibre connection even after more than 3 months and the executive kept saying that the complaint has been escalated and would soon be resolved. Excitel even stooped replying to my messages and now they have marked my complaint as closed.

                                  I have got the isp since i had to start wfh due to covid19 and then i wasok paying the amount tgey asked 2900 jus for the service withoit the router and that wasmy biggest mistake. From 27/03/2020 til datethe issue is the same thag my internet doea not work or if works it works in such a manner that its impossible to work.
                                  Excitel promised a speex of 60mb however i dnt even get 20mb and m always complaining about the same becoz its hampering my work i try to reach out foe help but only one thing i get is that we get it fixed but jasnt been fixed this is such an inconvienve if they would return at least my money for the connection i could get a new better osp

                                      श्रीमान जी excitel broadband delhi मे wifi कि सर्विस दे रहा है जिसका ऑफीस ओखला मे है महोदय जी इस कंपनी का सर्विस प्रोवाइडर चिनार केबल है जो कि पूरे कृष्ण विहार दिल्ली 110086 मे wifi से net दे रहा है इस चिनार केबल पर जो नेट की मेकेनिक काम करते है वे लोग इस एरिया मे एक ही wifi होने के कारण मन मानी रेट लेते है ओर बिना gst का बिल देते है। जो सरकार के साथ सरे आम tex कि चोरी है। ओर चिनार केबल के wifi मेकेनिक प्राय ग्राहक को धमकाते रहते है अगर ग्राहक इनके खिलाफ कुछ बोलता है तो कहते जा नही लगाते तेरा wifi कर ले कही भी हमारी शिकायत चिनार केबल का मालिक एक वकील है दिल्ली तुम कुछ नही कर सकते। मेरे साथ भी दो दिन पहले ये अभद्र भाषा से धमकाकर जा चुके है। कृप्या आप हमारी शिकायत पर जल्दी से जल्दी कानूनी कार्यवाही करे ओर दोषियों को उचित दंड दे। मे इसकी शिकायत सूचना प्रसारण मंत्री भारत सरकार को twtr.पर कर चुका हू। ओर wifi दे रही net कंपनी को भी करीब 10 mail कर चुका हू । सुनेश कुमार [protected]
