My name is sanjay... I been using excitel broadband since 2018 september... The service provided by them sucks. Internet connectivity is sporadic and may even stay disconnected for more than hours or days.. When you call the excitel official helpline number, the customer executive will ask you to wait few more hours without even delineating the cause. If you do contact them frequently and tell them about the grievance they would simply ask you to lodge a complaint on their application which is one hell of a mess, as far as functionality is concerned. The utility of app is useless, you won't be able to login first and even if you manages to cross this stygian alley, you won't be able to find the vault of grievance redressal mechanism, horrible loop of nightmare.
Back to internet speed. The speed loss is quite frequent and perpetual. I have a 100 mbps connection but when i do speed test recently, ookla speed test barely manages to cross the 10 mbps mark.. That's make no sense,, why would someone gonna pay to a broadband company for a 10 mbps actual speed?.. If someone can easily able to get more speed from a mobile internet connection.? Signal strength where i use internet is around 90% on 2.4 ghz.
This is disgusting, the broadband company thinks he can easily the customer money and able to getaway as the ethical and judicial measures in this country are too shady and cumbersome to be challenged by any individual...
Useless service provider, purpose of this post is to caution everyone about the modus operandi of this service provider. Stay safe...

My Excitel broadband internet connection has not worked for more than a month. Ticket has been open for more than 18 days.
I asked for a refund of half of my subscription amount. No reply. I call. No reply. I message on sms and WhatsApp. No reply.
I should not shout. I should keep my cool. I should be polite and decent. It doesn't matter if I get internet or not. It is not their fault. It is the local service provider who needs to check. But they can't force the local service provider to hurry up. They are helpless babies. They can only take my subscription money for multiple months in advance.
Customer support executive is an innocent helpless baby. Excitel Appellate Mayank [protected] is a busy guy in Dehradun who shouldn't be shouted at.
