Hi all, i would like to bring in to your kind notice the business which excitel is doing with customers.in the month of june last year i paid 6000 rupees to excitel for one year of services.in the month of march this year i shifted from rohtash nagar to panchsheel garden in shahdara itself. I raised many concerns with excitel but unable to get the resolution till date. Today i recieved call from mr krishna ([protected]) and he has started telling me the company policy. So i would like to know how i can get my refund in this case. Please help me out with the things i can go for to get my refund

    Excitel broadband — no internet connection

    I have taken excitel broadband connection two months back and believe me its worst broadband.
    They dont pick the calls and always deny to send technitions.
    There internet is not coming with the speed promised.
    I am facing issue like multiple disconnections.
    I have opened ticket and there turn around time is 24 hours and still after 48 hours no connection.
    When i asked them to refund my money there executive is replying that we can't refund your money.
    This is my worst experience with any broadband provider.
    I cannot leave them as i they taken 6 months advance only need to survive with this bad experience...

      Dear Sir/Madam,
      I regret to inform that I had shifted from Den Networks to EXCITEL BROADBAND company on 4th March anticipating it will be a good services from your company but was a big trap . I was paying more than Den by investing on router etc But, it came to a big shocker of my life that a company claiming so big on social media is actually fooling people by providing pathetic services
      I am sure the service levels are being reflected in THEIR back end server already which proves the kind of great services that has been rendered by this company
      I think they have taken or taking customers for a ride .Their company rep, Kabir Kumar who had visited us & assured that Excitel is better than Den & others . Even, said, that their company has local server & support by local partner who would be accessible most of the time to extend the services & s resolution time will be the best . I am actually laughing on my foolishness to accept their company rep statement ..I cant except worse services than, rather it ca be more poor or bad than this ...
      This person of company hardly attends the call & in spite of several messages & calls he doesn't have a courtesy to even call back or update the status . Worse, is their local partner who is no way accessible . Their phone number given by Kabir is most of the time either busy or not reachable
      Below is the level of frustration, agony & pain we have to pass through after paying your Rs. 4000 Plus Rs.250 installation charges in advance to your company
      1. Date of connection : 4th March afternoon by midnight same day services goes off till 5th March 2 pm almost more than 12 hrs down . partner informed it is fault at your end & they are no responsible for the same. I raised the complaint for no connectivity on the portal
      2. on 8th March evening services again goes down & local partner & local company rep not reachable, even when their line was connected they were not responding surprisingly, connectivity goes automatically while I raised another complaint for Frequent disconnection
      3.On 9th March again in the evening at around 6pm-6:30pm service again goes off & both local partner & company rep are neither reachable nor attending the call
      4.At 8pm I after lot of efforts able to get through customer care team & I was assured by your company agent that he will raise new ticket & problem will be resolved by 10th early morning
      5. On 10th March, I reached to customer center again & after all trouble shooting which even included try for Dial Up Connection failed with error 651 reflecting on the screen which was shared with your agent. He assured, he would somehow manage technical support by 10 am but while am drafting this mail at 3:40pm no resolution is given,
      Is this the service extended to all their customers..I have no connectivity for last 21 hrs now .. Just unbelievable
      I need the following now:
      I would request for compensation for the work loss I have suffered due to this as I operate from my home & have no other means of wifi services at moment
      Kindly take this seriously & priority . I will also take up the matter with DOP, Ministry of IT & Telecom besides legal course
      awaiting immediate resolution on this issue

        Sir/mam, i want to say they are the worst isp ever i saw, there service is pathetic and when u ask for help they say we will visit u and they never did, they close all the complains without resolving them. They took all money in advance and promise to give amazing service which is fake.in my area everyone is stressed with this company. Do something.
        This stupid company wants all the money in the world but is not ready to provide services. They have taken my money and not providing internet service due numerous complaints. I want a refund

            Hi,
            I have opened my new shop on 40 feeta road, om vihar phase - 5, uttam nagar (Yashmit dastaavej kendra). I have taken excitel net connection i thought that your service is best but unfortunately your service is worst and my experience is very bad with your services.
            I dont know the vendor name of this area but i complaint many times but he is not giving proper service in 15 days i think only 2-3 days working properly.
            I have raised many complaint on this issue but not action on that. This is my new shop and my customer and i am facing issue.
            Please take action on this issue asap.

              With lengthy and weighted promises before registration, they attracted me towards purchasing this service. I bought the 100 Mbps plan which was switched to 50 Mbps without my notice. I was randomly checking the "myExcitel" app where in I saw that the speed was reduced by 50% and even the plan was changed from 100 Mbps to 50 Mbps without me being notified. Upon reaching out to the support center, they have nothing more than an Apology to offer. I told them clearly that this is effecting my occupancy but they are least bothered. I wrote an email to the HELPDESK team with CEO in Cc and to my surprise, neither the CEO cares nor his team. It feels like I'm stuck with these worthless and wordless ## for 6 months in a row. I highly recommend those who seek broadband connection to stay miles and miles away from these ### careless ## who don't care a bit about consumer experience and are only worried about sales, because once a purchase is made then they have a new Bakra in the cell. In haraamiyo ka bohot bura hoga.
              Poor service. Applied for a new connection 3 days back and no update yet from the customer service or service executive. Really disappointed. No proper response from technical team

                On March 1st, 2019, we decide to put up a new internet connection of Excitel Broadband based on the recommendation of our friend. The Excitel model operates on 3rd party contracts and hence, the internet services vary from area to area even within the same city. The technical service providers visited our place on March 2nd and installed their equipment (including the wire, adapter, fiber net cable, and another device, we had purchased our own double bandwidth router) in the evening. We had purchased a one month pre-paid plan of 50 MBS and we were promised a fast internet speed given the fiber net cable which was installed. However, the following few days of experience was harrowing, to say the least.
                Firstly, within a few hours of installation, the adapter connected to their device literally burst in my presence. The adapter was clearly of some shoddy quality and could have potentially endangered my life or someone else had we been closer to the device. Thankfully I was at a safe distance but the burst adaptor's pieces went flying into different directions, tripped the MCB panel and completely damaged a whole section of our electrical sockets. The damage to these sockets and their subsequent repairs alone cost me Rs. 1600.
                Secondly, the internet speed which was being provided proved to be disappointing. Within an immediate radius of a metre, the speed obtained was about 90% of the purchased plan. But if one increased their distance even by a few inches, the obtained speed was not even 20 % i.e. 10 MBPS. In our bedrooms and balcony, one could barely get a speed of 10 MBPS. The technicians had not bothered to wait for even half an hour for us to check the strength of the signal and speed. For this purpose, we directly called the third-party contractors (a man by the name of Suraj whose office is in Kishangarh) to inform of the same in addition to the hazardous incident of a burst adapter.
                Thirdly, on March 3rd the technicians visited again to replace the adapter but were unable to solve the issue of low speed obtained in our bedrooms. They insisted that the problem was in our routers (despite our router being of a double band with and from a reputable brand- TP-Link) and that we should wait for a while for the speed to settle in and get better. By March 4th, there was no improvement for the same. We even registered a complaint on their app for the low-speed issue and the technicians who visited repeated the same thing which had been told to us the previous day. The customer service was lax, to say the least, and given our need for internet services on a regular basis, we decided to give a disconnection request on the same day itself via the app.
                On March 5th, 2019, we decided to find about the refund policy and the process to get our money back for the same. We had long conversations with the customer care around noon which included the supervisor. However, the company refused to take responsibility for the 2000 rupees spent on our services. In total, we had spent Rs. 2820 whose break down was as follows:
                Rs. 1000 for installation.
                Rs. 1000 for the device
                Rs. 820 for the pre-paid plan of one month
                The customer care service refused responsibility for the refund of Rs. 2000 and moreover, despite having barely used their service for four days, they claimed that we would not get any refund for the Rs. 820 paid for our one month plan. We spent a good two hours trying to convince, cajole and explain our situation but to no avail. Following this, we contacted the third-party contractor to claim our refund of Rs. 2000. Instead of calming our nerves and convincing us of a smooth refund, Suraj told us to talk about our refund with the Excitel customer care service! This was the limit of the harassment we had faced so far. No one was claiming any responsibility for any sort of refund. A second conversation with Excitel customer service to explain how the third party was refusing to take responsibility for the Rs. 2000 refund, was to no avail. In fact, the customer care representative refused to escalate my complaint by retorting that his superiors had already had a conversation with me regarding this. Despite me explaining repeatedly, over a 14-minute conversation, that the third party was refusing any responsibility for any sort of refund; the representative kept parroting the same line of non-responsibility over the refund of Rs. 2000. Despite my plea to him that the third party had refused responsibility, he refused to transfer my call to his seniors.
                If this is not a clear cut case of consumer harassment, I don't know what is. I will personally never recommend Excitel broadband to anyone and will make sure this complaint is public in all forums via blogs, social media, etc.
                I will personally not rest till I have claimed refund and till Excitel is held responsible for the possible hazard which was presented to my life and safety and the consequent harassment I face in its customer service.

                  Excitel broadband is one of the worst internet service providers. Internet isn't working from last 2months and i have called them multiple times reporting the same issue and also i've raised a complaint over excitel app but no one responded to it more over one of the employes of excitel called me and told me to make a payment where my internet wasn't working prior to that month onwards and said after making a payment is when they will resolve the issue so by trusting their words i made a payment and then still issue hasn't got fixed and no one responded. So they are just using false statements so to get payment from customer for what customer is not liable for, where still they haven't fixed issue.

                    Excitel broadband is degrading it's services in south delhi day by day. They are not rectifying the consumer problems like mine which is not solved from past 4 days. Calling to thier customer support is next major task to deal with. They hear you but not move a finger to rectify it. They have hired regional agents which you keep calling them from morning but won't show up till evening or day after.
                    I've been dealing with slow speed which is less 1 mbps whereas my package with them is of 50 mbps. I've attached the photos of speed test from both excitel speedtest site as well as okhla speedtest, which also mentions the date and time. Also, i've attached the screenshot of my service package details with excitel broadband. I trust trai and i understand that they would do they right thing. Thank you.

                        I had submitted many complaints regarding the connectivity issue but they always say it's a problem from our local service partner and they say when contacted to talk to excitel service center. Now both party are not answering any calls from my side. I have done recharge of 50 mbps connection and i hardly get 5-10 mbps.

                          This complain is regards to excitel broadband services one of the pathetic services i ever used it they took money and they are not giving wife broadband services i am calling them they are abusing and showing very bad behaviour looks like i am begging for the services they are just fooling around and they are treating there customers very bad... I feel very bad that why i have chosen there services they are just fake and i am not going to recommend anyone to be fool with them..

                              This is Farhan from Mehdipatnam Hyderabad, I have renewed my connection and requested to shift connection which is free and told in excitel application. But the executive calling me and harrasing me to pay for more 6 months online and then 550rs extra for shifting connection.

                              They are firstly forcing me to pay for 6 months connection, and then asking me extra charges for shifting the connection and then...

                              I am using excitel internet from past 6 months and i do not recommend it to anyone.
                              Very poor service. Initially they provide decent internet to establish consumer base but after a month or two the real problems arrive.
                              No connectivity, frequent disconnection, low browsing speed, etc.
                              And worst part is that no one listens to the problems.
                              Costumer care registers the complain and ask 24 hours to solve the problem and after that automatically closes the complain whether the problem has been solved or not. They just close the complain.
                              And when i had enough and i lashed out at the costumer care executive, complaining about their poor services he said yes sir we have poor service. And when i threatened him by telling him that i no longer wish to continue with excitel he said 'sure go ahead i'll initiate your request for termination of internet.'
                              Is this the way of speaking with the costumers.
                              Excitel is literally the worst internet provider.
                              Respected sir/madam I am from hyderabad my id is hameed733 every alternate day this excitel broadband connnection occurring problem what should i do i don't know but i kindly humbly request you to please resolve my connectivity issue immediately as soon as possible ...

                                Sir i have booked for new broadband connection from exitel and paid rs 3540/- to mr ravindra sales executive but after lapse of three months my broadband connection has not been installed till date le. 14/11/2019. I have regularly lodged the complaints to excital broadband customer care executive mr saif but he has shown inability to resolve the problem. The verification call from exitel has completed 25 day ago and ensure for installation of broad band connection. Please look into the matter sincerely and resolve the problem at the earliest.

                                  Hi sir,

                                  I taken a new connection with excitel on 19th oct and paid 3999 rs to them. They promised me uninterrupted service.

                                  But from day first they are not able to provide internet service and even in started 48 hours there was no internet connection.

                                  On daily basis connection lost and no internet.

                                  When i asked to terminate my connection as pathetic service/support and refund my money they saiad we can not refund anything.

                                  Vendor and customer care people do not liston anything and most of time call is on hold 20 to 30 min.

                                  Please take action against this company and help me to refund my money.

                                    I have an excitel broadband connection and on 12 oct when i ask with customer support she told me that there is an excitel fiber connection upgrading in my area for which i have to pay 2000 /- which is refundable and not any extra penny and in return and of that my broadband connection is upgraded to excitel fiber. She assure the upgrading within 3 days. But till date no up-gradation is done.
                                    Excitel services are downgrading day by day and its high time that they need to start working on the same. Their Internet disconnection issue is increasing day-by-day and their customer support service is also bad!
