This complaint is regarding excitel broadband which not able to provide continuos broadband service and terminated in between after paying money for 3 months.
Initially for couple of days it worked fine but later it terminated services in our and informed as they are able to provide service and also not refunding money.
Till today i didn’t got any update and internet paid amount for 3 months didn’t refunded by excitel.
Internet is not working from 8 days and nothing has done on its remedy.
I did not got any reply call for the same. Please refund my amount.
On the below i have called multiple times as all of sudden my internet got disconnected. Please let me know when my amount will be refunded.

We are going to consumer complaint forum on the same because of sudden termination even after amount paid for 3 months it was 6 days till now no action has been taken on the amount or else no call i got from your end.

    This complaint is regarding excitel broadband which not able to provide continuos broadband service and terminated in between after paying money for 3 months.

    I guess its time to file a legal suite, which is the only solution now for what they did.
    Called many times but answer is same as some call i will receive but none i got.

    Till today i didn’t got any update and internet paid amount for 3 months didn’t refunded by excitel.

    I did not got any reply call for the same. Please refund my amount.

          I have take broadband connection from this company i have given this company of rs 2000 as a refundable security now three months old i have terminated this connection but my security amount not refunded and i have mailed and called to this company many times. So please take action against this company this company service is very bad and totaly fraud company.

            Sir/madam,

            I am using the connection from 23/08/2019 but till date i am not receive proper internet connectivity.

            I have complaint many times in excitel but i did not receive any positive response from their side and they denied to serve services and technician support in this regard.

            Please take a needful step against these fake or fraud internet providers.

              This is a fraud company. My internet is getting disconnected after every 5-10 minutes. I am raising complain to their customer service from the last 10 days but they are not giving any resolution. They always disconnect the call after listening to complain or do fake promises that their technical team will visit to solve the issue. I want my refund from them 58 days of recharge is still left with them. Fraud company, theif.

                I'm not sure if excitel broadband is actually a broadband service provider? Complaint after complaint but team excitel makes sure that no matter what they don't respond, forget about resolution.

                I regret having this connection installed and even paid subscription for 06 months. No wonder how these company works and if that's what is the module of working.

                  Repeated complaints went in vain, they deliberately keep connection disabled and once complained will give lame excuses to justify.. The company staff are just for namesake and sleeping on their job.. Best part you can't reach to their management as it is a close ended organisation which is not interested in consumer complaints and services...
                  Every 5-6 days there is disconnection issue and always there is technical issue.in a month there 12-15 days there is no connectivity of internet

                    If there is something beyond the word worst that is the services of excitel. I am having this connection for last 5 month and i think i have made complaint about 50 times. And the number of lost of connection is more than 100. It's just intolerable services. Every alternative day you will face issue. Whenever you going to complain, it will repeat same word "sorry, for the inconvenience.. It will be solved within an hour.. Bla bla bla"... But their 1 hour sometimes equal to more than 36 hrs as well. Always they bill you in advance and after that provide this kind of services. As a compensation they never come back to you with increased validity limit. So by paying 600 rupees per month, with unlimited plan, you will be able to use services hardly for 1 week overall. You will not get any proper path to complain in higher authority. I just want to draw attention to higher authority just to cancel their license or legal authority for this kind of services.

                      I am using excitel from couple of months. I have a internet break down issue since 4 days. I raised a complaint to fix and nothing is done from their end. Neither a local technician or the complaint is updated with details.
                      Repeated calls to customer care went in vain, they gave lame excuses to justify, when asked for the local technician number.
                      When other internet service providers are updating their nearby local technician in the app, why excitel maintains this secrecy. Even their speed is reduced and have frequent gets disconnected - when ever there is a wind, rain, high temperature (Peak summer) etc... The excitel works according to the season.

                      For people who has work from home option, please do not take this as your reputation goes bad because of excitel.

                        I have a excitel internet broadband connection. I have made the payment for the entire year in advance but the company has not intent on providing me smooth internet services.
                        In past once month, i have registered atleast 7-8 complaints for non availability of internet services but no serious looresolution is provided. Internet works fine for 2-3 days and then goes off for 1-2days. This is consumer harrasment.
                        I demand a quick action against the company.

I would suggest people not to fall for their tricks as their cheapness reflects in services once you are paying for services..

                            An amount of rs.2216.04 was paid on 30th july, 2019 via upi transaction id[protected] as 3 months advance for internet connection charges, which the company says that the amount transferred is not reflected in their account.
                            Screenshot of the payment made was also sent to them. Till date no communication has been received from their end. It is requested that the matter may please be taken up at your end and do the needful.
                            I had complaind so many times on customer care the every times says tomorrow your connection will be okay i had complaind since 3 months on excitel company but no resolution provided and the take my money also fraud company

                                This is chandu i'm using excital broadband service past from 5 days i'm not able to use my internet, i called customer care too many times i raised ticket as well but they are simple doing time with the customers no resolution no any update, so friends don't use excital broadband service never aver it's just fake service that's it... Pls black list this service

                                  I have been suffering from their pathetic service from long time now.. I have made an advance payment for three months, the internet is not working from last 2 weeks, they have now terminated the internet connection in my area but they are not giving back my balance amount, as i was assured earlier that i would get my balance amount. Every time i call to their customer care they say my complaint will get resolved on high priority but nothing happens, just false assurance. Now neither they are providing internet connection nor they are refunding my balance amount, they are fooling the customer.. I want my refund. I kindly request you to take necessary action..

                                    My internet connection is not working for the last 18 days, after i paid full payment of one year subscription i. E. Rs.6895/-. its has become traumatic situation since than. after more than 18 days of disruption of internet service, your service provider is asking me to pay for wire which is not working (Filled with water) because of water logging in the box at pillar. I did complaint to customer care as well as local service provider on 30 july 2019. But both service center & local service provider didn't bother to help. I've been using your connection since 2017. Last year same problem occurred but at that time service provider tried to resolve it asap & changed wire within a day. At that time as well wire was submerged & filled with water because of rain. Now after an year same problem occurred. I called several times to your call centre as well as service provider & now they are asking me to pay money without relocation of net (Whereas at the time of initial installation of internet connection, this condition was clearly mentioned that, any fault, repair and damages will be done without claiming any charges from the customer. however, your customer care as well as local service provider is insisting on charges to replace the faulty wire, to restore the net connection, totally voilating the conditions of initial terms mentioned on the receipt at installation time.

                                    I, therefore, request you to resolve my problem as soon as possible or return me my money as i was not able to use my net after recharge of rs. 6895.

                                      Its been more then 16 days & your service provider is asking me to pay for wire which turned bad (filled with water) because of him. I did complaint to customer care as well as local service provider on 30 july 2019. But both service center & local service provider didn't bother to help. I've been using your connection since 2017. Last year same problem occurred but at that time service provider tried to resolve it asap & changed wire within a day. At that time aswell wire was submerged & filled with water because of rain. Now after an year same problem occurred. I caller several times to your call centre aswell as service provider & now they are asking me to pay money without relocation of net(which was made clear during installation time that no matter what & i only need to pay net recharge other then relocation.

                                      I sincerely request you to resolve my problem as soon as possible or return me my money as i was not able to use my net after recharge of Rs. 6895.

                                        Yesterday i got a new broadband connection from excitel and recharged for nine months but connection has stopped working today and nobody is giving answers as if they are fraud and have already run away with my nine month money. Our government and trai is responsible for giving liscence to such cheaters and now i read so many people are suffering and have complained on this forum. Please do pay any advance to such people atleast than you will have chance to atleast try for one month and than pay later. I paid for nine months some monsoon hungama offer and it has become useless.
