Hi sir,

I taken a new connection with excitel on 19th oct and paid 3999 rs to them. They promised me uninterrupted service.

But from day first they are not able to provide internet service and even in started 48 hours there was no internet connection.

On daily basis connection lost and no internet.

When i asked to terminate my connection as pathetic service/support and refund my money they saiad we can not refund anything.

Vendor and customer care people do not liston anything and most of time call is on hold 20 to 30 min.

Please take action against this company and help me to refund my money.

    I have an excitel broadband connection and on 12 oct when i ask with customer support she told me that there is an excitel fiber connection upgrading in my area for which i have to pay 2000 /- which is refundable and not any extra penny and in return and of that my broadband connection is upgraded to excitel fiber. She assure the upgrading within 3 days. But till date no up-gradation is done.
    Excitel services are downgrading day by day and its high time that they need to start working on the same. Their Internet disconnection issue is increasing day-by-day and their customer support service is also bad!

      Its been about 2 months when i paid the company in advance of rupees 1858 on 10-aug. Since then there have been several issues faced by me. They could not succeed in providing the fair quality of service.. Everytime i called the customer care, they would just tell the same boring thing that they will try to resolve asap but never ever my problem got resolved.. They would close the ticket without giving the due attention. After 2 months of hassle i requested for my refund for the 1 month left and they are hesitant in doing so..
      Please help customers like me who work so hard to earn money and there are these organisations who are just at the market to cheat and make a fool out of so many customers..

        The worst internet company ever - do not take this service. Their connectivity is fluctuating and once it goes, it takes easily a week to resolve - after you call everyday. They do not resolve your complaint in their 2 days resolution time. Their tls or floor managers do not take your calls. They lie to you and transfer the call to the 'supposed' manager where the phone rings for 28 mins before you cut the call (It happened to me now - if someone checks the records, you will find i am not exaggerating.) the customer service executives are good as they never lose their cool and are always courteous. But what will that do when the company doesn't give their customers the importance.
        They have the worst partners ever or vendors who come to install the connection - each area has a different one. I guess the one allocated for sec 62 noida is the worst. They do not take your call even when you agree on a time when they will come to house to resolve the problem. My issue is still unresolved - it's been a week.

          So i came to know about excitel from one of my friend. My internet was working fine but i want to upgrade it to high speed the fiber one. So i purchased plan from excitel as they were having an offer of 6 + 3 and i trusted them for this long period.

          From first day problem started which was of speed and network disconnection. There service is so poor that they just want to solve the ticket regardless of fact that the issue is resolved or not. So i am facing frequent disconnections when i am connected to my wifi.

          Till now they have changed my onu device, their technician paid me a visit and he said that he never faced such issue where sessions are getting timed out when you are connected. And its been two months now i think and till now the issue is not resolved. I am using my mobile data to use internet. They dont have the right technical team which can troubleshoot and eradicate your problem.
          They dont care whether your net works or not. What they see is that its showing active from their end but at my end nothing is working. Not on any device.

          Never go with excitel!!! Big mistake!!!

          I would request my refund for the amount because i am not getting what i was promised.

            Before changing the plan i was informed i will get same speed and same thing getting in plan of rs 820.20. After changing the plan my i'm getting frequent issues and very slow speed on my mobile devices. I called them first they said my mobile has some issue than router has some fault, after that they said we do not deal with speed on router or mobile. My all the devices is connected with d link now they are saying to use it on direct lab to get 50mbps. Why would i do that? Every body use mobile internet most of the time. My question is why i was miss informed that i will get same service in low cost but the reality was something else.

            Now i'm hangedup for 3 months, on low speed while i pay for high. Government should look into this. Company like excital are dong very bad on the name of term and conditions. I had not opt for 3 month plan if the agent has some informed me everything.

            They looted my 2000, now they have to pay. Tomorrow i'm going to register official complaint to dotc.

              I took a excitel connection about 1 year back, and paid rs.2000.0 as security money plus monthly charges in cash to the local operator. As i am getting transferred to another town and i am asking for return of security money which the local operator had assured me at time of installation, both he and the company is refusing to do so saying its not there policy.
              I have seen other complaints regarding this here and it seems the company is committing a fraud. I have been trying to call companies executives regarding this but no firm reply has come as yet. All these calls i have recorded and if it is not resolved asap i plan to take legal action against the company.
              Excitel a bunch of fraudsters & cheats. They call you and before you can connect they disconnect the call, never to pick your callback. Then a message comes saying they called but you never picked... and so the case is resolved.

              Are they unaware that all this is traceable and is a proof taken by courts as genuine.

                This complaint is regarding excitel broadband which not able to provide continuos broadband service and terminated in between after paying money for 3 months.

                        I have take broadband connection from this company i have given this company of rs 2000 as a refundable security now three months old i have terminated this connection but my security amount not refunded and i have mailed and called to this company many times. So please take action against this company this company service is very bad and totaly fraud company.

                          I am using the connection from 23/08/2019 but till date i am not receive proper internet connectivity.

                          I have complaint many times in excitel but i did not receive any positive response from their side and they denied to serve services and technician support in this regard.

                          Please take a needful step against these fake or fraud internet providers.

                            This is a fraud company. My internet is getting disconnected after every 5-10 minutes. I am raising complain to their customer service from the last 10 days but they are not giving any resolution. They always disconnect the call after listening to complain or do fake promises that their technical team will visit to solve the issue. I want my refund from them 58 days of recharge is still left with them. Fraud company, theif.

                              I'm not sure if excitel broadband is actually a broadband service provider? Complaint after complaint but team excitel makes sure that no matter what they don't respond, forget about resolution.

                              I regret having this connection installed and even paid subscription for 06 months. No wonder how these company works and if that's what is the module of working.

                                Repeated complaints went in vain, they deliberately keep connection disabled and once complained will give lame excuses to justify.. The company staff are just for namesake and sleeping on their job.. Best part you can't reach to their management as it is a close ended organisation which is not interested in consumer complaints and services...
                                Every 5-6 days there is disconnection issue and always there is technical issue.in a month there 12-15 days there is no connectivity of internet

                                  If there is something beyond the word worst that is the services of excitel. I am having this connection for last 5 month and i think i have made complaint about 50 times. And the number of lost of connection is more than 100. It's just intolerable services. Every alternative day you will face issue. Whenever you going to complain, it will repeat same word "sorry, for the inconvenience.. It will be solved within an hour.. Bla bla bla"... But their 1 hour sometimes equal to more than 36 hrs as well. Always they bill you in advance and after that provide this kind of services. As a compensation they never come back to you with increased validity limit. So by paying 600 rupees per month, with unlimited plan, you will be able to use services hardly for 1 week overall. You will not get any proper path to complain in higher authority. I just want to draw attention to higher authority just to cancel their license or legal authority for this kind of services.

                                    I am using excitel from couple of months. I have a internet break down issue since 4 days. I raised a complaint to fix and nothing is done from their end. Neither a local technician or the complaint is updated with details.
                                    Repeated calls to customer care went in vain, they gave lame excuses to justify, when asked for the local technician number.
                                    When other internet service providers are updating their nearby local technician in the app, why excitel maintains this secrecy. Even their speed is reduced and have frequent gets disconnected - when ever there is a wind, rain, high temperature (Peak summer) etc... The excitel works according to the season.

                                    For people who has work from home option, please do not take this as your reputation goes bad because of excitel.

                                      I have a excitel internet broadband connection. I have made the payment for the entire year in advance but the company has not intent on providing me smooth internet services.
                                      In past once month, i have registered atleast 7-8 complaints for non availability of internet services but no serious looresolution is provided. Internet works fine for 2-3 days and then goes off for 1-2days. This is consumer harrasment.
                                      I demand a quick action against the company.
