An amount of rs.2216.04 was paid on 30th july, 2019 via upi transaction id[protected] as 3 months advance for internet connection charges, which the company says that the amount transferred is not reflected in their account.
Screenshot of the payment made was also sent to them. Till date no communication has been received from their end. It is requested that the matter may please be taken up at your end and do the needful.
I had complaind so many times on customer care the every times says tomorrow your connection will be okay i had complaind since 3 months on excitel company but no resolution provided and the take my money also fraud company

    I have new connection extictel broadband
    1 year plan cost = 6700 50 mbps but bad speed exictel provide me 15 to 20 mbps speed i complaint to exictel 15 to 20 time but excitel not responding excitel not refund my money

    Bad broad band company the excitel are fake advertisment the broadband speed is 15 to 20 mbps

      This is chandu i'm using excital broadband service past from 5 days i'm not able to use my internet, i called customer care too many times i raised ticket as well but they are simple doing time with the customers no resolution no any update, so friends don't use excital broadband service never aver it's just fake service that's it... Pls black list this service

        I have been suffering from their pathetic service from long time now.. I have made an advance payment for three months, the internet is not working from last 2 weeks, they have now terminated the internet connection in my area but they are not giving back my balance amount, as i was assured earlier that i would get my balance amount. Every time i call to their customer care they say my complaint will get resolved on high priority but nothing happens, just false assurance. Now neither they are providing internet connection nor they are refunding my balance amount, they are fooling the customer.. I want my refund. I kindly request you to take necessary action..

          Sir,
          My internet connection is not working for the last 18 days, after i paid full payment of one year subscription i. E. Rs.6895/-. its has become traumatic situation since than. after more than 18 days of disruption of internet service,   your service provider is asking me to pay for wire which is not working (Filled with water) because of water logging in the box at pillar. I did complaint to customer care as well as local service provider on 30 july 2019. But both service center & local service provider didn't bother to help. I've been using your connection since 2017. Last year same problem occurred but at that time service provider tried to resolve it asap & changed wire within a day. At that time as well wire was submerged & filled with water because of rain. Now after an year same problem occurred. I called several times to your call centre as well as service provider & now they are asking me to pay money without relocation of net (Whereas at the time of initial installation of internet connection, this condition was clearly mentioned that, any fault, repair and damages will be done without claiming any charges from the customer. however, your customer care as well as local service provider is insisting on charges to replace the faulty wire, to restore the net connection, totally voilating the conditions of initial terms mentioned on the receipt at installation time.Â

          I, therefore, request you to resolve my problem as soon as possible or return me my money as i was not able to use my net after recharge of rs. 6895.

            Sir,
            Its been more then 16 days & your service provider is asking me to pay for wire which turned bad (filled with water) because of him. I did complaint to customer care as well as local service provider on 30 july 2019. But both service center & local service provider didn't bother to help. I've been using your connection since 2017. Last year same problem occurred but at that time service provider tried to resolve it asap & changed wire within a day. At that time aswell wire was submerged & filled with water because of rain. Now after an year same problem occurred. I caller several times to your call centre aswell as service provider & now they are asking me to pay money without relocation of net(which was made clear during installation time that no matter what & i only need to pay net recharge other then relocation.

            I sincerely request you to resolve my problem as soon as possible or return me my money as i was not able to use my net after recharge of Rs. 6895.

              Yesterday i got a new broadband connection from excitel and recharged for nine months but connection has stopped working today and nobody is giving answers as if they are fraud and have already run away with my nine month money. Our government and trai is responsible for giving liscence to such cheaters and now i read so many people are suffering and have complained on this forum. Please do pay any advance to such people atleast than you will have chance to atleast try for one month and than pay later. I paid for nine months some monsoon hungama offer and it has become useless.

                I am using excitel from past couple of months ..i have a internet break down issue since two weeks and they have not resolved the problem ..if i contact CUSTOMER CARE they just say some temporary fix and after two to three days again the internet is down..the CUSTOMER CARE talks rudely and they block my number cause i was calling them due to no internet ..this is worst internet service ...plz try to stop and close this ### dumb internet service company ..this is Hyderabad branch ...

                  In Kalkaji, our Excitel wifi connection is not working since last 7 days. I’ve been reporting complaints to Mr. Sanjeev (he leads the Excitel team in this are), sharing screenshots of 0 mbps speed, requesting technical help, setting appointments for the technician to come but nobody has showed up. I finally lodged a complaint on Excitel app and raised a ticket yesterday. After 24 hours and multiple frustrating attempts to schedule visits amidst a busy working life, a technician Mr. Goldy showed up, 1.5 hours later than our appointment. When I shared about lack of connectivity for 1 week, he showed no responsibility or respect and said ‘Excitel’s marketing team is desperate to sell its wifi even when the connection is poor in this area and then the technical team suffers.’ I reminded him that he’s representing Excitel and needs to be more professional. He said he’s a 3rd party and part of Excitel core team since Excitel outsources technical help. I told him that I have been frustrated for 7 days and am considering disconnecting Excitel wifi. He said ‘sure, don’t pay for a month and that’s all’. Extremely high handed, rude, unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour with no empathy for customers who are frustrated with repeated connectivity issues, and no problem solving attitude.

                    After getting excitel I had the worst experience o[censored]sing internet, in every two days the server get down and no internet connection, when I tried to connect the local operator then they take it for granted, and talk to us rudely. When I connect to CUSTOMER CARE it get resolved for one or two days then same issue, came back, I am fed up from this ### network.please take any action.
                    I am facing the problem of low speeds on Excitel Broadband since 18th July 2019. I recharged with 50 Mbps plan but the speeds are only 7-9 Mbps. On 19th July 2019, I created a ticket with the number 1971136. I was given a timeline of 48 hours to resolve the issue but it's been more than 2 weeks. The problem has not been resolved yet.

                      I tried contacting the excitel service provider, the support team which sits in mayur vihar phase 3 due to internet outrage, however the response from them was disgusting. They asked us to wait for 5-6 hours so as to resolve the same. We were doing work from home and they were not ready to understand our urgency and even spoke to us in a very rude manner. They precisely told us that no body can come and resolve this and asked us to change the internet service in case if we want to. This is what they do everytime we ask for resolution service. Instead o[censored]nderstanding customer's urgency they are more considered towards their convenience. Such type of customer unfriendly companies makes the life worst. Would request you to take necessary action against them so that they don't carry this attitude towards all the customers.

                        It's been about 3 months since using excitel connection no and facing no connectivity issue for 2 months.

                        I have complaint ticket no 1762602 dt 27.05.2019 and there is no response by company, i have paid full amount 6months plan dt 25.12.18 & after i have pay one month for july19, but there is no internet and no service extension and no refund.

                        I have logged complaints on there app so many time but, no response from 27.05.2019 there as well ticket gets generated and automatically gets resolved without knowing that your connection is working or not. They never visits to check real issue.

                        I request to everyone please do not buy excitel connection.

                        It's been really frustrating experience with excitel.

                          Internet speed is very very slow
                          Since 1 week. Excitel internet is just to fool the people/customers. I also recommend other people not to install this type of 4th class quality internet. Service is also very very poor
                          Please take away your installed router and return my payement of 6171 rupees or resolve my problem otherwise i will complaint in consumer court. I will take very strict action against your company...

                            Hello,

                            It's been about 4 months since using excitel connection and facing disconnection issue every single day.

                            And if you call on customer care they create a ticket number and close it without any visit or fixing your issue.

                            I have logged complaints on there app, no response from there as well ticket gets generated and automatically gets resolved without knowing that your connection is working or not. They never visits to check ilthe real issue.
                            I request to everyone please do not buy excitel connection.

                            It's been really frustrating experience with excitel.

                            Always show no internet access and internet speed is too slow. It's always show buffering on youtube. When I download any data on that time internet speed is slow automatically. In short I'm facing always a problem with excitel broadband!!

                              Nobody is picking my call regarding my complaint . I have been tried calling the past 5 days but no answer nobody is picking my call.the customer care is very poor nobody care about the customer support .My internet is frequently disconnecting for the past week, I need to connect to internet.They don't even consider the complaint of the customer, company doesn't care....

                              Excitel is fraud company. They have taken 750 rs advance for fibre but now they are not installing. Also my internet is not working and they are not providing any resolution. I have raised several tickets for past 20 days but no resolution. They are not refunding my 750 ra also. I will be filing a case against them to mislead consumers and illegal way of money making

                                After seeing so many consumer complaints. Not sure, how much fruitful will it be. It has been 2 months taken the connections and multiple time called to customer care. Complaints get registered with no +ve result. I stay in Aya Nagar and one of the local vendor has taken franchise o[censored]rs services through which I am using the facility. New connection just 2 month old every alternate day internet not working. I need to give support in odd hours and hence thought to take the service. Will wait for this month. If nothing +ve occurs will discontinue the service from Aug'19 onwards.

                                MY name is zupreet singh bansal and facing no network issue for the last 6 days and even after regular and frequent complains, complaints has not been resolved for the last 6 days and the excitel is failed to restore the network problem
                                Continuous disconnection from past many days and it's been 2 days there is a permanent wifi disconnection...the services are the worst...no one is resolving the problem. All of my works are pending because of excitel services.

Moreover I can't even call them now for taking follow up on my complaint. Worst and pathetic service and they are not listening or taking any action on my complaint. The matter is escalated as per them from past two days. My whole work is now pending as well as I had to reschedule my interviews as no connectivity for skype

                                    My name is manish saini and my registered mobile no and email id is [protected], [protected]@gmail.com and my active complaint no / ticket id is 1867635, it generate on 23 june 2019 at 16:42:27, and the problem is i ask everyday for the issue and then the customer care person said to wait till evening or 1 day or 4 days before the you said you have a very major problem so, we provide you a technician visit tomorrow, since than it has been 4 days completed, no one visit to my home. So i registered a against excitel on the consumer helpline and my docket / complaint no is 1429289.

                                      We have taken the broadband connection on 01.04.2019 for 3 months as of now we faced the internenet issue approx 55 days. when ever I raised the complaint they are saying with in 24 hours your issue will clear but after 24 hours we are getting the internet 1 hour only after that same issue repeating from last 45 days.                                       Above are raised tickets in app only I called to customer care approx 40 times regarding internet connectivity issue.

                                      We faced the internet connectivity issue as I said 55 days but they have given extension only 10 days

                                      Also I requested to the provider for termination of connection and refund for internenet connectivity issue faced days and remaining days but that is also not happened
