Hi excitel team,

Please terminate my excitel connection n refund my money as soon as possible... I am going to file a case against excitel in consumer court... By tomorrow and u people harras me with your services and and take three months payments in advance... After taking payment u people never bother about your customer... Ridiculous...

Inspite of paying in advance for internet service, they with their local partner - spectrum, are not willing to work & resolve the issue. Service tickets are opened from last 15 days...& chasing regularly on their helpdesk no. S[protected]. I have asked for my money refund clearly... But no conclusive response..

Seems making fool of customers - speed not upto mark m internet remains down / intermittent flappy & unstablebr...

Excitel broadband is totally a fake company, i took a plan of 700 per month and out of 30 days i faced issue nearly about 20 days. once i called to customer care they registered my complain just for formality and i asked to connect my call to seniors but trust me they will not do it infact they don't have bandwidth to provide connection and speed.

I have taken new internet plan from "Excitel" on 16th April. Since that day I am facing connectivity issues. From very starting most of times internet remains unavailable. Around 80% of time in a day, there remain zero connectivity.
