Hi team,

I have purchased internet service in DLF Phase 3 gurgaon at my home from excitel and paid 3 month of advance including installation charges. I had connection issues every now and then but this time My internet connection is not working since 14 days now and excitel customer care is not providing resolution but making false promises every time they say the ETA is 4 hours but when the counter becomes 0 they reset it to 4 hrs again it happening since 14 days now i have called customer care multiple times but no use. Now since I need to apply for another broadband from other vendor I need excitel to refund my money as I cannot afford two connections. Excitel is not even processing my refund and just saying they are working on resolution. Please help me to get my money back

    Hyderabad, Asif Nagar / Vijaynagar colony area. I renewed my service for one full year and now neither there is response nor refund of payment from excitel team. Earlier we use to have problems fixed in hours but now since few months the excitel seems to have issues with staff iteration. Many good technicians have left and now response is bad. No response from complaint technicians. i think i would like to terminate my service and [censored] to another provider.

      Sir i m a student
      My English is very weak so sorry in advanced for poor English
      I m preparing for ssc cgl
      I m doing online classes for that
      So i took broadband of excitle company for online classses
      But few week ago i shifted
      To another location
      So i requested to excitel for shift my connection
      They commited me that they will shift my connection with in 2 days
      After 6 days still they didn't shift my connection and now they r saying that
      Excitle is not available in my area
      Now after few days my exam will be
      And i prepared nothing bcz of excitle
      Plz help me sir
      I had renewed my broad band service . More than 25 days no connectivity and open tickets are not being attended. Requested refunded but no answer.This company seems to have problems now a days. As no one is answering the complaints.Only standard tele operator reply. No technician to attend to calls. Please avoid subscription to this broadband

        I subscribed to excitel nearly 2/3 weeks ago the first week went really smooth but from the second week i started facing difficulty even am facing them now when i speed test the internets it shows 42 mbps or even more but when i search something on the search engine it takes soo much time to show that result, i didn't have wifi router before but now that i needed it so i took excitel but i am very unhappy with the result it took me at least 15 attempts to search even to write this complaint please look for it or i will gladly change my connection my area is govindpuri extension kalkaji street number 3
        I’ve just joined this month and even low signal of my mobile data is giving better speed than this [censored] connection. No options for complaining and no active actions are there. No one is there who can resolve problem instantly.
        They don't even what is customer service have registered complain and also called several time to local Operator. But they use to say will check within half an hour and after that they stop taking calls. No internet since past 24 hrs. No resolution nothing.

          As i am customer of excitel since 2 years.in recent days my connection does not working well, as it lost its connectivity servral time in a day.
          I had complaint about this to my local distributer but he has no reaction over it, sometimes he even don't pickup my calls for days.
          After i called to customer care, there is a 5 min wait over the telephonic conversation, after that a executive handle my call and she ensures me that it would be fixed by today. But same thing happen again after 2 days. I called again customer care
          And the same thing happen nothing
          I am just literally frustrated with this type of service.
          And by bad luck i had recharge my connection for 6 months in march.
          Please help me in getting my refund back

            I have installed excitel broadband in my home. Everything was working fine but now there is frequent disconnection and speed issues. They have promised for 50 mbps but speed never reached that speed even once. I do connect to customer care but they have never explained reason for frequent disconnection. I asked them to check connection line till my home but that request is closed as resolved without checking line. Very pathetic service and customer care and they always close complaint resolve even if you are asking for explanation or showing them speed screen shots.
            I tried to lookout for appellate but not able to find one for excitel.com.

            Please help me to get it rectified as i am looking for solution since july 2018.

            No one addressed this issue. I guess we are helpless due to excitel services. I will take legal action against them soon.

I've paid the amount in advance but i'm unable to utilize the same due to poor service and support. Please take serious action against such a unprofessional peoples.                 I have taken new internet plan from "Excitel" on 16th April. Since that day I am facing connectivity issues. From very starting most of times internet remains unavailable. Around 80% of time in a day, there remain zero connectivity.
                Worst part is that their customer care is not caring about my issue. Everyday I need to follow up on they promise me to come and fix my problem but till date no one came and fixed my problem.
                I am thinking to drag them to consumer court now as no one is there to listen my concern. Entire money spent goes wasted.

                  I have taken the internet service 2/3 weeks back. But most of the time or i can say everyday i face connectivity issue. I've paid the amount in advance but i'm unable to utilize the same due to poor service and support. They take 1/2 day to restore the service. I'm just frustrated with this kind of pathetic service and compelled to complaint about it.

                    Maine 19 april 2019 ko excitel ka 643 ₹ ka unlimited internet ka recharge karaya tha. Jiski validity 30 din ki hoti hai. Tabi se mera internet nahi chal raha hai. Beech me ek baar complaint karne par kuch hours ke liye net chal gaya tha. Par aaj lagbhag 5 din se mera internet ka connection kaam nahi kar raha hai. Maine excitel broadband ko kai baar complaint bhi ki or maine unke local area service partner ko bi complaint ki. Customer care se hamesha mujhe vishvaas dilaya jaata hai ki aapki problem ka jaldi hi solution kiya jaayega par abhi tak mera internet ka connection start nahi hua hai. Na hi company meri recharge amount mujhe waapis karti hai. Please help me asap.

                      Our broadband (Excitel) is not working properly from last 3 months and no one visited to resolve but the tickets getting closed even after repeated complaints. Asked for the refund of non working period, but refused and saying some # reasons. I have call recordings as proof. Need to take sever action on the issue as we are paying fee every month but not getting proper service and reply from broadband team. We need compensation for not working of internet.

                        Hi i have recently opted for excitel connection and also the sales team has called me within 1hr and also the agent came and collected the amount of 1680 for installation. The big mistake i did is paying the amount before installation and now i am paying the price for it.

                        Also the agent name is prashanth and his mobile number is [protected]. Have tried calling him from last 3days he is not at all answering the call and not even his sales team. I think the guy have absconded by taking the amount.

                        Also the customer care team is very bad every time i call the care the same agent lifts the call and inform they have escalated god knows to whom he escalated the issue and also they don't have any communication with the sales team and he works for the sales team this is joke.

                        Will file a cheating case with the police regarding this company. So that they can find the missing agent.

                        My sincere advice is that don't go for excitel ever and ever at all.

                          I needed broadband connection on immediate basis as there was low network in my area. So i contacted excitel executive for the connection. They committed to provide the connection on the same day. But no body came for installation for 3 days. They took the package amount of rs. 590. Daily the technician will call ask for address and will tell will come for installation in half an hour but no body came till today. So contacted other internet service provider who came and did the installation on the same day. Now i am asking for refund they are denying for it and telling that connection will be done today. But i dont need the connection now as i have already have one.
                          They are telling plan activation is already done for the month but i dont know how they are activating the plan without any user id and without connection set up?

                          they at last called for connection set up when i am already got another internet setup. i denied them that i don't want your connection. i took leave from office for installation and you all didn't come. so they agreed and refunded me my paid amount of rs.590
                          My internet not working my router showing all green lights pon light green but why internet is not working I face this issue at least 10 days...and it's not resolve

                            No internet supply since from past one month. Called customer care n number no time but no use. They are blaming local network and asking us to visit their office and contact them. When we are calling local network person he is very rude and claiming they are not supporting excitel.

                            I am in 6 months pakage and since 4 months i called customer care around 280 time.

                              I am paritosh Kumar panda from tellapur, Hyderabad and I have purchased a 50mbps plan on[protected] for which I have paid 1680 rupees for 3 month which is cumpolsury u have to give, the person who came for money tell that the connection is activated by next day evening, but today I am on 4th day every time I will talk with customer care they are telling it activated by tomorrow evening but the tommorow never came, one more thing I am asking for refund they are telling we have taken your complain and we are get back to u,

                              I don't want their connection & I want my refund.

                                I have been calling the customer support of my broadband provider but they do not respond. I've been locked to them for 3 months and without internet. Now, the service provider has called off from my area, due to which i have no internet. They are refusing to provide internet as well as refund. I have called them daily from past 15 days. They respond to the call but don't react in terms for providing the solution. I have been in loss from 2 months.
                                Hello Everyone there is no support no refund and no service. Very Very Bad service don't use Excitel Service

I have raised 2 complaints already and engineer and sales person are only confirming they will be available in some time, but they have not come till now.                                     Excitel — internet speed is less than 1 kbps almost all the time

                                    1. Excited userid - [protected]@c303
                                    2. Using Excitel connection since long time,
                                    3. Service is only good for first 2-3 Days,
                                    4. After that, the internet speed use to remain below 1kbps.
                                    5. You will register complaint, engineer will come and fix it. Speed seems to be excellent.
                                    6. I terey works fine for few hours.

                                    Repeat step 4-5-6 infinite number of times.
                                    Slow speed - complaint - issue fix - slow speed.

                                    You get stuck in this loop suffering and going back to mobile internet connection.

                                    Discontinuing this service, the worst service.in delhi.

                                    Mtnl is even better than excited.

                                    Go for excitel only if you want internet service for 1-2 months.

                                      This is the 4th time i am complaining in the past 1 month. I am receiving pathetic speeds on my excitel 50 mbps connection. I
                                      Have attached the screenshot of the speed test.

                                      Service is even more pathetic. The previous service requests and tickets have been automatically closed without any service being provided.

                                      Local service numbers are also difficult to reach or get through.

                                      Is this what consumers are paying for? If this is to continue, i am changing my connection.
