Regular internet drop issues and no power backup from excitel, we are facing issues. We have raised several tickets to resolve internet issues but they are not at all responding.

We have asked for refund as per the excitel policy for the first month and remove the internet connection.

Not at all responding to the issues. Kindly refund the amount.

    Internet is not working from the past 3-4 days.. Works for a couple of hours and then it goes down.. Raised more than 7 service tickets/complaints.. Spoke to reps.. They just give excuses we are working on it... They do not even give compensation as i already paid for their service!!!

    Excitel is the worst of the worst service provider... Never ever get their service..!!! I[censored] dnt believe me, just check the reviews ppl posted on the "my excitel" app on play store...

      It's been 5 days my internet is not working since 20/07/2017 and you are making me fool everyday sir aaj sahi ho jayega 3 bje tak pakka sir end of the day sahi ho jayega (These are your customer care words and promise). But till today 25/07/2017 there is no service provided by you. Excitel service is too much worst than a government broadband (Mtnl). His local provider of rohini sector-20, new delhi his name is pramod. He said he will not serve the service to me bcoz i didn't pay the extra 50 rupees as maintenance fee. And my friend even pays the maintenance fee even after this pramod (His phone no is [protected]) isn't giving any service to him too and there are no hidden charges (Maintenance charges) according to your customer care or site. Once i was gone to excitel local providers office he is sitting with his mother in the office and when i said about service of my internet then he starts misbehaving with me and he clearly refuses to provide me service. He clearly said no i m not coming and said do whatever you want to do. He is really the worst person i ever meet in my life. And even after complaining to excitel's customer care about this guy (Pramod local provider) they also didn't take any action on him. And if you were good with your customer then this will not happen with me again and again. Till yet they didn't fix my internet or didn't take any action on pramod (Your local provider). Your customer care is totally null a customer never get the exact information about an issue everyone is making fool. Actually, they should close your broadband bcoz they are not faithful with their customers and not actually listening to their customer issues. I can't handle this stress anymore.

      Called customer care to fix my internet issue and logged a ticket 189629.

      its been 4 days nobody resolve it, neither anyone call to ask if problem has been resolved or if still facing the issue.
      Same with me. I bought this connection in Lucknow and when I complaint they don't take it seriously since 24 hours my internet not working and they don't bother to come to check and top of it they saying remove the connection when I complaint again.

      I am shocked They don't realise they lose customer and they behave as if they are Tata Birla company.

      That person don't have mannered to talk to lady . such a uneducated fellow

      Don't know why this.kind o[censored]neducated and illitrate person runs such business in this digital world where our jobs are mostly dependent on internet and it's critucal for working educated person

      But these kind o[censored]neducated and illitrate person will never understand. They don't even know what internet is for

        Excitel broadband service and commitment is pathetic. They wasted my time for 3 days promissing connectivity.5 days and still no connectivity. I suggest not to pay any advance rentel. Without completing 1 month service. If they refuse connectivity look for a alternative, trust me. It is not worth it. Speeds are also pathetic. There is no response from the customer care either. It is supposed to be 100 mbps and you hardly get something like 30 mbps.

          There is a chain of emails to and from excitel and me but my concern is same i. E. If i prepaid for a service yet to be given for 30 days and i am getting served only for 18 day's with lack in connectivity, am i wrong asking to serve me with number of days when you were out of connection. Why should i renew to get connectivity when i paid in advance?😏 even if in case i agree to the terms so does it mean after paying for 30 days, excitel would serve me 42 days for wasting my time, money & efforts.
          There were onsite technicians who could not find or fix the problem.
          To and fro like a ball prepaid customers are for these sort of growing company. Same verbatim everybody has i. E. 24 hrs whether over the phone or on emails.
          Question to excitel : 24 hrs means how many days?

          My connection was.showing no internet till 4 days I raised a ticket several times but no one responded to my compliment . This the worst service I faced so far. Don't go with is network. They have shown interest on getting New not shown interest on problem solving.This not a right way to company growth. Please change staff are company policy.

            This is reply to excitel help desk as instead of compensating they are advising me to renew to avail compensation. Does that mean by paying for 30 days you will serve me 42 days or by paying for 18 days you serve me 30 days :

            Your deep apologies for the inconvenience caused to me would be accepted if in case you compensate me first. However, i would like to inform you that even though your concerned team started working on this since june 18, 2017 and is of no use because approx. 8 times technicians visited my home but none were able to fix it. As you mentioned will avail compensation when my account is active. So to avail compensation you must recharge my account as it has been expired​ since june 18, 201 because technicians couldn't fix the issues even after spending whole month on the same case.
            I paid on june 16 and since 18 i got issues. I paid you first to give me services. Better work around would be, you give me connection for 12 days first so i can test whether services are working properly or not, then i may decide to renew the subscription. Or else refund me the amount i paid you as per number of day's connection never worked.
            I'm afraid to invest rs.800 in a scam again running by excitel.

              I have 2 accounts with excitel

              I have been having trouble with speed and frequent disconnection issue since a long time now eventually my plan has expired but my issue was never been resolved. I have 100 mbps speed plan and which i guess should get nothing less then 80 mbps every time but i didn't even get 50 mbps which is half the opted speed of the plan for not even a single day. One connection is for my personal use and one is for the business and every single day i have an issue with the frequent disconnection of internet and slow speed as low as 500 kbps. I was asked to reach your local service provider in case of any issue and almost each and every day i have been in touch with local team and they would not receive the call and i have to visit them personally every day. Even though they would never visit my place for fixing the issue and when i follow up next day they would have one answer that it's problem is from backend. After being frustrated i called up your toll free number on 29-june-2017 at 10 pm ist (Complaint no - 127584) after being on line for more then half hour and was connected to a representative named sanjay kumar when i explained him the issue he took a remote and saw there was rto and slow speed issue and said issue is from the back end and my response was the same which usually a frustrated customer would have after waiting for month getting same response. I said i won;t be able to call you guys every day and spend half hour on phone to get it connected to a human voice and explaining my issue as i have other things to do. Now this is when this guy was utterly talking nonsense where he started saying i don't want to help you and being hell rude.in my entire life i have never spoke with any customer service agent who was rude with all kind of almost abusive and false language he responded to me i would have probably smashed my pc. He disconnected the phone on my face saying i don;t want to help you do whatever you want to do. This is word you would never want to listen from a customer service people and when i asked for a supervisor he rudely said there is no supervisor you hang up the phone.

                I have taken excitel broadband service on 30/06/2017 at suraram colony jeedimatla saying that i will get a connection within 3 days. After 3 days i have called him always says that it will be done today. Till now there is no connection. Dealer name is mr. Dilip kumar with contact number [protected].

                I suggest don't even take a connection with this broadband
                Very poor services ...No internet speed .. Frequently disconnections...Very cheap staff ...Customer services is very poort ..IT team is not well educated ...Amount already paid by me but neither providing services nor refunding my amount ...All staff members are very C...My RMN [protected]

                  Hi Team,

                  Last week I thought of switching to EXCITEL - Guess what? I made a wrong choice.

                  I contacted EXCITEL and requested a new connection to be setup. I spoke with a representative - Mr. VIVEK - [protected] from Indirapuram, Ghaziabad yesterday i.e. 7/8/2017 and we agreed to install Excitel connection with Rs 795 PLAN with taxes he said I have to pay Rs. 940.

                  He came along with Excitel Forms and filled up the form & requested for Aadhar card photocopy and Payment. I paid Rs. 1000 (Rs. 500x2) He didn't return Rs.60 and said, tech guy will come for installation and he will return Rs. 60 once he has installed the connection. He also informed that the Tech Guy will install the connection and create the customer id and will provide it to me. I was supposed to provide photocopy of my Aadhar card upon installation of the connection. I have not submitted it yet.

                  I was told connection would be installed by 3:30PM. No One called me and informed about the status, I called Mr. VIVEK several times, he said tech guy will be there in 20 mins, upon calling again he said, tech will come in another 30 mins. It was 8.45 PM when I again called and asked for the status - he then installed Tech guy is stuck somewhere and will come next day by 11:00 AM SHARP. No tech came I have been calling Mr. VIVEK since morning and following up. he said he will be here by 2:00 PM. I again called @ 2:45 PM and Tech came by 3:00 PM.

                  Now Tech said he has to bring over the EXCITEL Wire from Sophia Apartment which is nearby to my Apartment. I told him this is not allowed as Society RWA will not allow. AND Decided to cancel the subscription. I called Mr. VIVEK and informed that I don't want to take this EXCITEL connection and would like to get Rs. 1000/- refunded. He ARGUED with me on why I can't get the wires from another society and install it? I simply said - I don't want to get the connection through this route. and you should return the money. He was very RUDE, and said - he doesn't like to lose the SALES he make. He then informed customer id has already been created and very rudely asked my to go to EXCITEL website and write an email and you guys will initiate the refund. If he has created the customer ID, then why the heck he said, Tech guy will come and upon installation Customer ID will be created and provided to me??? JUST for the heck of making his SALES?

                  I am not aware of the Customer ID, I don't know how will you refund the money as I paid cash payment to your RUDE representative. I am simply asking you to kindly ask him to refund Rs. 1000 which I have paid him yesterday.
                  Attached is the pink receipt he provided my after filing the form.

                  While I was writing this email - Mr Vivek sent this representative and return Rs.1000/- which I appreciate. But I still would like you guys to know the kind of experience EXCITEL has provided. I might now recommend EXCITEL to anyone!

                  I am using this connection from past 4 months till 3 months it worked fine but after that Wifi is not working i am tired of complaining to customer care . They just write the complaint n do nothing idont know wht to do..i have also talked to supervisor he also given the false commitment i want strict action to be taken against them

                    I have called Excitel company yesterday and told them that i need new connection. They called me back asked time for installation and given today's time at 10 am but till now nobody came. Again i called customer care and they gave me my area manager's number. I called that person but call was not picked. Then again i called and 2 number was given and when i called that number that guy is on leave. He gave me another no. I called that number and he told me that I am coming. Within 30 mins but from afternoon 30 mins are not completed. Now he is not taking calls. This is my experience with Excitel while taking new connection. They guy's are not bothered about customer.they will work with their convenience.
                    I am having internet broadband connectivity issue since 26th August 2017. I have raised complaint and have been continuously following up and they are just passing days without resolving the issue. The following is the ticket id been raised by me 19782. Excitel broadband is just wasting my valuable time and hard earned money.

                      I have never seen such a pathetic service in my life, I am living in Jamia and struggling to recharge my account, neither local provider nor customer service is able to help.they don't have even coordination among them.i tried to call 4 th time today some of them provided wrong number which doesn't exist. Farhan who is the local provider never picks up the phone. This company should banned forever.full of idiots.no one knows what to do.

                        I am using excitel internet since 6 months but service is very very poor in a 1 months 20 days its not working i[censored] contact customer support so they says we raised a complaint when u visited to the local area excitel opertaor they only say one word yes it wll be run after 1 hour daily i visit to the excitel local operator pathetic service please dont use excitel otherwise you money will be waste

                          I have very poor experience with excitel. Most of the service is down, when you call the them they said the cable has broken in your area. Every day its happening from (10 pm - 10 am), there is no wavier process.
                          I recharged my connection last month 24-may-2017. They disconnected my service on 17 june. I don't why?. When i went there the technician told me "subah subah dimag khrab mt kro", is that the way of handling the customer.
                          The technician name is ramesh joshi, west vinod nagar newdelhi.

                          So i request you guys please don't waste you money on such type of service provider.

                            Excitel making fool their subscriber. They promise for 50 mbps unlimited just rupee 695 without tax after tax they charge 800 but they not provide more than 1 mbps pure internet spedd they making fool with peering bandwidth only hostar youtube and some website work well but not consume more speed they are very stupid busteds their agents were also fake. Don't take action in any single complaint everytime they told the problem is at your side.

                              Worst wifi network i have ever seen, they claim to refund the first month amount (If we are not satisfied with the internet service) i called them thrice in my first month but never got hear any thing new than 'we are sending a technician at your place', but the technician never visted my doorstep. I haven't recharged my wifi for 19 days of discontinuation. Since, when i have recharged for my 2 month with them, in 14 days, yesterday was my fifth call to them stating that internet is not working, they still had their same pitch "we're sending a technician to check the problem", the technician is not here yet.
                              They even have stopped picking up the calls now.

                              I have internet connection with excitel broad band. from past 2 months. I have internet connection issue so i informed to Customer care ppl they said that it will be resolved in 24 hours but its almost 10 days there is no solution.When i am calling they are saying same again and again and they are not even ready to talk to customer about the issue.

                                On each alternate day i m facing same problem, i was facing same problem on 11 june and it was resolved on 13 again on 15 i was facing same problem. My quesrtion to u excitel if we r paying u for 30 days and facing problem on each alternate day thats not fair!!!

                                I m sharing some screen shot which will let u know that how much bad service u r providing to us, i got frustrated from that, i realy started hating ur company due to ur bad management sorry for that i m using harsh word but it's reality.

                                Think that u r cheating those customer whose life line is based on u, who is preparing for competition through online, think that how much i m frustrated by ur service

                                  The worst service ever.
                                  I am on a 100mbps plan with excitel and i never get anything beyond 20-25 mbps.
                                  I have raised my concern with the excitel team numerous times over phone and their ticketing system. All they come back to me is “they’ve checked and fixed the issue”; “there was an issue with the line and it’s fixed now”; “we’ve forwarded the ticket to the local vendor” etc. Etc. To top it all, they close the ticket by themselves without even bothering to confirm with me whether the issue has been resolved or not.
                                  Pathetic service. Will never recommend.

                                    Excitel distributed pamplates in our area with promoting offer on broadband connection. I have raised new connection request on 02-jun-2017 and the executive come up with subscription plans and he has collected 1 month subscription rs.570. Then broad band technician came and told that he will fix the connection with in 4 days. After 4 days i have waited for 2 more days but no response from the executive and called up multiple times and no response from them. Then immediately i have contacted the excitel customer care and they immediately called to team lead and tl came and he was promised me to fix the connection by 09th june 2017 if i pay for 2 months and then i have agreed to pay for remaining 2 months. Ohh!!!... Again repeated the same... No updates no followup and no response. Now this 12th june 2017 i am keep on calling the guys but no response.

                                      I have been using excitel broadband internet for a long time, from the past one month there has been lot of connectivity problems. Everyday internet stops working and i have to call customer care everyday, even after explaining them multiple times they are not able to solve the problem, all they say is "your complaint has been forwarded to senior officials and you wont encounter it again." but guess what? Next day same problem. Excitel should take care of it although there is no way to contact the senior officials. Please take this into consideration.

                                        Maine customer care main call kiya apna pw reset ke liye mere ko phone par bataya gaya ki aapka pw reset ho gaya aur aap ko msg bhej diya hai lekin mujhe koi bhi msg nahi aaya. Lekin uske baad jab maine dubara call kiya toh 25 baar mere phone call ko uthaya aur koi answer nahi diya kya aap customer ko isee tarah service provide karte hain.
