Excitel making fool their subscriber. They promise for 50 mbps unlimited just rupee 695 without tax after tax they charge 800 but they not provide more than 1 mbps pure internet spedd they making fool with peering bandwidth only hostar youtube and some website work well but not consume more speed they are very stupid busteds their agents were also fake. Don't take action in any single complaint everytime they told the problem is at your side.

    Worst wifi network i have ever seen, they claim to refund the first month amount (If we are not satisfied with the internet service) i called them thrice in my first month but never got hear any thing new than 'we are sending a technician at your place', but the technician never visted my doorstep. I haven't recharged my wifi for 19 days of discontinuation. Since, when i have recharged for my 2 month with them, in 14 days, yesterday was my fifth call to them stating that internet is not working, they still had their same pitch "we're sending a technician to check the problem", the technician is not here yet.
    They even have stopped picking up the calls now.

    Excitel — Internet connection issue

    I have internet connection with excitel broad band. from past 2 months. I have internet connection issue so i informed to Customer care ppl they said that it will be resolved in 24 hours but its almost 10 days there is no solution.When i am calling they are saying same again and again and they are not even ready to talk to customer about the issue.

      On each alternate day i m facing same problem, i was facing same problem on 11 june and it was resolved on 13 again on 15 i was facing same problem. My quesrtion to u excitel if we r paying u for 30 days and facing problem on each alternate day thats not fair!!!

      I m sharing some screen shot which will let u know that how much bad service u r providing to us, i got frustrated from that, i realy started hating ur company due to ur bad management sorry for that i m using harsh word but it's reality.

      Think that u r cheating those customer whose life line is based on u, who is preparing for competition through online, think that how much i m frustrated by ur service

        The worst service ever.
        I am on a 100mbps plan with excitel and i never get anything beyond 20-25 mbps.
        I have raised my concern with the excitel team numerous times over phone and their ticketing system. All they come back to me is “they’ve checked and fixed the issue”; “there was an issue with the line and it’s fixed now”; “we’ve forwarded the ticket to the local vendor” etc. Etc. To top it all, they close the ticket by themselves without even bothering to confirm with me whether the issue has been resolved or not.
        Pathetic service. Will never recommend.

          Excitel distributed pamplates in our area with promoting offer on broadband connection. I have raised new connection request on 02-jun-2017 and the executive come up with subscription plans and he has collected 1 month subscription rs.570. Then broad band technician came and told that he will fix the connection with in 4 days. After 4 days i have waited for 2 more days but no response from the executive and called up multiple times and no response from them. Then immediately i have contacted the excitel customer care and they immediately called to team lead and tl came and he was promised me to fix the connection by 09th june 2017 if i pay for 2 months and then i have agreed to pay for remaining 2 months. Ohh!!!... Again repeated the same... No updates no followup and no response. Now this 12th june 2017 i am keep on calling the guys but no response.

            I have been using excitel broadband internet for a long time, from the past one month there has been lot of connectivity problems. Everyday internet stops working and i have to call customer care everyday, even after explaining them multiple times they are not able to solve the problem, all they say is "your complaint has been forwarded to senior officials and you wont encounter it again." but guess what? Next day same problem. Excitel should take care of it although there is no way to contact the senior officials. Please take this into consideration.

              Main dhirendra singh exitel ka registered customer hoon.
              Maine customer care main call kiya apna pw reset ke liye mere ko phone par bataya gaya ki aapka pw reset ho gaya aur aap ko msg bhej diya hai lekin mujhe koi bhi msg nahi aaya. Lekin uske baad jab maine dubara call kiya toh 25 baar mere phone call ko uthaya aur koi answer nahi diya kya aap customer ko isee tarah service provide karte hain.

                1) internet services (No prolongation)

                2) customer service agent are giving false statements daily (Mr sachin, mr nizam,, etc etc) and
                Not rectifying my problem saying resolving by another six to seven hours. It does get rectified but the other day same problem occurs.

                3) daily loss of thousands as i am working from my home since 20 days to 25 days.

                4) holding call lines for one hour, for forty five minutes daily to speak to duty manager.

                5) asking for grace period as they have all records that internet is not working.

                6) i need call back from senior officer /duty manager urgently.

                7) they are not giving any complain numbers even

                  The internet connectivity is highly unstable and there are frequent connectivity issues due to local cable operators. I have been creating multiple tickets every time there is an issue. Now I am not able to create new tickets because there is an open ticket for the same reason. The customer support has long queues and wait time is like 15 to 30 mins. Then they ask me to reboot my router twice. When it still does not work, I am told that there is a fiber cut and it will take 3/4 hours. This is happening very frequently. In this week this has happened twice and today is just Tuesday. So you can imagine that the services are down for at least 3/4 hours per day. I am hoping that my complaint will not fall on deaf ears and someone in the company will make an effort to get things right.

                    I beg to say that i'm always get speed just 13mbps or 15mbps but excitel internet company promised to provided to ur customer 50mbps even mostly speed is zero. Every day i'm disturbing by excitel internet service so plz tell to them that they should return my money as they promised to their customers. Its biggest mistake that i'm using this connection where i wasted my money. Staff of this company also using nonsense language. I hope u should take some action regarding this problem.

                      Most worst experience to choose service excitel broad band in hyderabad in kphb

                      I requested for new internet connection on 20-may-2017 & amount payed 500/- on same day to excitel sale person mr. B. Ramesh ([protected]//[protected]) (S. Id:1423819),

                      As per him, i'll get new connection in couple of days, but till now i didn't get connection (Passed 10 days)

                      Even connection is not given hot experience like this, if ill got connection also any net issue these people will not respond

                      I dont have interest continue with excitel, kindly refund my amount

                        I have buy a excitel broadband connection on 2 april 2017 and i have used this connection till 16april 2017 afterthat due to some reasons i dont want to use this connection anymore so according to company"s policy[ 1 month money back gurantee ] i have applied for cancellation of this broadband connection on 17 april 2017. And after 45 days i have n"t get money and after calling to customer care i didn't get satisficatory answer. So pls solve my problem as soon as possible and strict action should be taken against company

                          I have need of internet for working in the night (From 10 p. M to 5 a. M). But, after 6 p. M in the evening, internet service is disconnected and next day morning in the 9 a. M automatically connected. This is going on for last 4 -5 days. When i complaint to customer care, they simply say that our executive will reach to you within hour. Either their staff not coming or if they come they can't solve the issue or say that after some time it will be working which is not.

                            I take the new internet connection of excitel. But after the connection it's working not regular. The internet cut 1 to 2 day. So i register our complaint to refund my money but company time for one week. But my money is not refunding me that time they give more time for refund.

                              I have mailed at helpdesk several times but there is no service provided, instead they argue and give lame excuses.my money got wasted in the plan it is written that 50 mbps speed will be given but it is not even 1 mbps.Fed upwith poor speed please give my money back.according to me they are just fooling people.firstly their plan was of 20 mbps but we are getting only 5 and now it is of 50 mbps and eare hardly getting one mbps. now i dont want any solution because they can not give any speed they can just fool people so i want my money back.

                                Hello,
                                This is Vaishakh, I was contacted by one of the excitel representatives about 2weeks back, overwhelmed by the kind of packages they were providing I decided to sign up with them. I gave them my papers last mid week and since then they have been making vague promises to install my internet. I have been put on hold since last Friday. Everyday I call them and get told that the internet would be installed the same day by the end of the day for sure. Now this is the 7th day they have wasted making the same claim. I keep calling them and they keep making vague promises. I ended up purchasing a router because off all these fuzz.

                                  I have been using Excitel for more than 2 months now. I work and hence only use internet either after 7 in the evening or on weekends and still whenever I shift from my data to the excitel internet connection, it is either not working or is too slow. I get half the speed or sometimes even lesser of my plan. I have made many complaints but the problem only gets solved(if it gets solved) for few hours. The last time I complained (day before yesterday), they told me that I will get the promised speed before 1 PM yesterday and even said that I will get my money refunded if the problem doesn't get solved by that time. I checked the Internet speed today (24 hours after the promised time), and I am still getting half of speed of my plan. On complaining, they keep saying to re-check the speed and doesn't easily agree to check the problem. I am fed up with services of Excitel.

                                    Hi. Please make sure you dont pay excitel company for connection. Ask them to give you connection first and then you pay. They took money from me and promised to give me connection in 24hours. Its been 15days now. They dont even recieve my call. Guys be careful and do not pay them. These guys arnt genuin. So many have complaints with these people. Need to file an FIR against the executive named P. Rajesh ASAP.

                                      I am writing to let you know of my concern about false informtion which your Sale's person of Excitel Internet gave me. I bought this connection on 08 April 2017 before that i called to Manish Kasana sales person for getting the information about Excitel plans then i told him that the connection i am using it will expired in 18 May 2017 and after 18 May i will call you and avail your service definitely. He told me that i will provide one week trial service i asked him many times is this true then he replied dont worry i will give you the one week extension as my plan will expired on 8th May 2017 will give you one week extension just do call me. Now he is
                                      not responding me and my plan is expired and i have not got one week extension amd i told to Mr. Manish Kasana that no any internet provider provides this kind of facilities then he replied yes i will provide you. I am sharing with you Manish Kasana number's [protected] and [protected] and Manish Kasana shared his senior's number Vivek:-[protected] he didn't help me and told me please call him because i can't help you in this. The way he speaks totally abusive and arrogant. I want apology from him.

                                      I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem. I will wait only for 24 hours then after i will complaint at upper level main head office. Inernet Crime Complaint Centre(IC3).

                                        I have been using the excitel broadband connection from last 6 months. I have to shift from one location to another in delhi. On 24 April 2017, I asked my local internet provider "Cyber point", that I am shifting to another area. Can I shift my internet connection to new area. If no then I will cancel my this internet id and will search for other options in new area. The person said that yes I can shift and he will provide the connectivity there. On his assurance, I recharged my prepaid excitel connection on 27 April 2017. On 4th May 2017, Cyber point owner told that he is unable to provide connection there. If another provider who is providing excitel connection is there can provide me connection then its ok. I searched only and got one excitel provider "Janak broadband". Now I called in excitel customer care and told the whole issue. The executive told me that if any other excitel provider is available there then you can shift your old excitel id with that provider. I called Janak broadband. The person and connected my excitel internet. I logged in with my old excitel id, but internet was not working. I came to Janak broadband with the issue. He called in customer care and they told him that old excited id cant be shifted to another provider. I have two questions. First when company is same and only local provider is different then why my id cant be shifted. Secondly, if it was not possible then why I was mis-guided by local provider and excitel executive.

                                        I will not recommend the excitel connection. The company who cheats his customer is not reliable.
                                        Excited broadband company services is very poor ...No internet connection ...Speed issue and not ready to refund my amount ...(chor company}) my RMN [protected] ...Neither his backend team is good nor call center executive well educated ...All are big C and nothing ...
