Excitel has fialed to give the satisfactory services regarding internet and
there superviosors like Navneet.Pandey didn't called me back and closed the ticket without notifying, I called to Excitel customer care and then navneet came on call. Issue is not yet resolved. Since last Wednesday 26 Apr 17, internet is not working and without notification ticket has been closed. Please take action against navneet for closing the ticket. I asked for my refund for the entire month also the local service provider too didn't helped in solving the problem, I have made the payment online and I want refund from excitel.

Today I called again to CC where they denied to file the complain against Supervisors. Ms. Vinita is one of the supervisor.

    I made Payment through online transfer on 29th April till date i.e. 5th May I did not get connection. I spoke to customer care people at least 15 times for getting connection but in vain. I called their executive 97times exactly but whenever I called the executive, they are escaping by saying we will be there in the evening. Most worst part is when I asked about their office location they told me on location however I found beauty parlor instead of their office. When I visited their office in Secunderabad at least 25 people like me staging protest for refund of money. This is a fraud company please do not believe their words. Once you made the payment they wont pick your calls. Customer care persons will put your number in waiting if just incase if you tried for refund.

    Refund scheme their strategy to sell their product.

      My internet is not working and when i give a call to complain, you people fool us by saying someone will visit. Very bad service. You think we are fool sitting here. This is the last time i am using your service and will now change the provider. You people can just make fool. Very poor service in Malviya nagar. Please look into it or you will loose all your customers just like me.

        I am using excitel broadband from around 4 months. My user id is jp_lakshay
        I always have to complaint against connectivity almost 4 times a month but this month. I made a complaint on 23 april which was closed by excitel without my confirmation later i again registered a new complaint on 28 april complaint no.56114, but resolution is still not provided to me.
        I am an aware consumer and a chartered accountancy student so i know how to tackle these companies.
        My connection must be working within one day from now as i have already waited for 7 days.

          Worst internet service provider. Had installed it a month ago but the internet service is very poor. 15-16 mbps speed after taking 80 mbps plan and and sometimes no internet connection for 5-6 hours. Had complained 2 times but no response from the company. The installation was also late like after 15-16 days of confirming for the conmection.suggest not to go for excitel.

            User I'd- goashwiniG5, We are facing connectivity issues for the last 16 days for several hours there is complete breakdown everyday between 11 am to 6 pm. Numerous complaints submitted to the company, everrytime a false assurance given. The company collects payments but disconnect despite of paying online in advance 3 days before the due date.               Sir, this is to inform you that i had a connection with excitel wwitth. User IDs sahil_47. Excitel had an add that "if you are not satisfied with the service within 1 month of installation your amount will be refunded without any questions" but unfortunately i had requested for the same on 20 march. Will installation was done on 28/02/2107. I have again asked for the refund but now they are not even listening​ and it seems they are least interested. Ref NOS for my address all on their website are 25811, 24377 & 21597. such companies just don't care for the customer's. They are just frauds. Kindly do the needful at the earliest i will be highly obliged.

                I am so furious about my internet working on a really sliw speeds. I was assured that will get 20 mbps speed in the price of Rs.800 per month. I am constantly running speed test on Speedtest.net and the maximum speed that i get is of 2mbps, even the upload speed shows 14.73 mbps which is way higher than the download one.
                I have tried contacting Excitel a few times but every time i contact them they reset the connection and the internet speed increases at that time. They say it is my router which is old, but i have tried connecting this router to other networks and it gives me good speeds.

                It is just excitel which is playing tricks with customers.
                I am also suffering with same problem, I hv taken 20 Mbps plan and now getting 2 Mbps speed constantly.
                Same answer I am getting that there is a problem in router.
                Sad, they are making fool everyone with the same reply.

                  I had activated a net plan of total Rs. 649 of Excitel company in February
                  month This company giving the unlimited peering of youtube and unlimited internate and also say if it is not wok properly then excitel will refund my whole money after complaning so many times, bt he didnt done this, and they didn't neither provide me internate properly nor the money...

                    After a week my connection got installed. excitel staf[censored]nable to fix my wifi broad band and they took my wifi broad band, saying that he will get fix and return back and never came back. i am waiting for my wifi broad band device.
                    i called to excitel customer care and spoke with durgesh, himanshu, vaishali but they disconnected my call after listening the query. next day i received welcome call of Bhawna and i told her same thing but she assure me for help and put me on hold but later on disconnected my call and never came back with solution.

                    i am help less. and thinking what a rubbish service excitel is providing.
                    I opted excitell for its commitment to provide fast internet connection but dissapointment got instead of good service. Excitel claims to provide 10 Mbps speed but not fulfilled. Even our mobile net 2 mbps speed is far better than Excitel. Operator gave only fake commitments to resolve issue...I want. Justice

                      Such a bad connection they are provide us. its working only first month after that its totally bad. Lots of complaint registered by us but they are replied its working in 2 hours, we don't now, when 2 hours completed. we wanna money back, or suggest to all of new user please take back step from ""EXCITEL"" the worst connection. 2 G was better option instead of excitel.
                      Net wire is damage outiside i think because net light is not showing on wifi router.

                      Excitel is the most pathetic service i have received. I am using Nextra & Excitel and i have Nextra from last 5 years i got excitel just in case at times Nextra service is not available.

                      From the day i got Excitel it is pathetic i got 75 mbps plan and it has never delivered more than 25 to 30 MBPS and even that is not stagnant.

                      Excitel customer service people recommended me to purchase router from their local supplier and i bought that for INR 1500 and that router never worked i called so many times. However no one bothers.

                      Excitel is fraud & have the worst suppliers available. I will recommend no one should use Excitel instead we should make a complaint against them in consumer court for mental & monetary harrasment.

                        They keep discoonecting my internet every 3-4 days and when i call the local guy who installed the excitel broadband they keep saying that the company sent some guys to check the internet and that issue never resolves ! And they take the money in advance and the service is poor. Even my mtnl internet was better than this ! They should refund everyones money ASAP they don't deserve the money

                          Very shameful experience with excitel broadband. I have introduce broadband connection on 9-Dec-2016 so that I can work from home but when they came for installation the network was frequent disconnection. And I have been given an anticipation that it will be reviewed and fixed soon. Also given their local numbers to contact. I have been contacting them for 10-12 days but issue still remain same. They have never told me to call 1800 for that issue and I was in anticipation that it is still part of installation so I have been telling if they cannot fix return the money so that I will go with other broadband provider.

                          Finally they come back and told that I need to call 1800 for fixing such issue so I raised a complaint on 24th Dec and the issue got resolved on the same day. Now, they de-activated the account on 9-Jan-2017. So, it means that they have activated my account based on payment date but not the service provided date.

                          Now, once they deactivated the account I went to Excitel on 1800 for correcting the activation period however they are coming with a mercy statement that they can give grace period of 3 days. Though I had discussion with their seniors over call. Very very pathetic customer service. The complaint # is TMT[protected].

                          I would request you to please go through their call log and collect the discussion level I had with them. Also they put me in a situation to heavy monetary loss of my company due to not working from home for which I am being penalised. Also they do not have ethics and intention to provide service to their client for which they have already been paid.

                          Kindly do the necessary and immediate action against them and get me compensation for the loss.

                            Your service is worst I purchased connection from Rajdhani communication in D103 South Ganesh Nagar Delhi -92 and made payment for the same but after repeated calls no one turned up for installation.
                            Your team leader Mandup - [protected] giving lame excuses that they don't have wire to do installation and your sales person vasudev gupta-[protected] only interested in sales giving fake promise of 1 hour installation.
                            Till now no installations after making several calls, I'll never suggest anyone to go for you.
                            No Internet connection from last 2 days. And internet speed was also slow.

                              I have been using excital for last 6-7 month. Pathetic customer service support. Breakup every day almost. these are mobile [protected] & gaurav [protected] which never ever help in getting proper support you in any break down. MY SUGGESTION NEVER EVER GO WITH EXCITEL.

                                Extremely pathetic service:
                                I've subscribed to 20MBPS, however I do not get this much speed. It's always very less than that. While playing video, It keeps on buffering. I've complained them many times for this issue. Everytime they say that technician will repair the issue next day but nothing resolved as no one calls or visit. When I call them, they check the history and do nothing except making promise for next day.
                                The issue is observed since 20th of October and tried calling on their CC number[protected] but was unable to get anyone and then I called their dealer in the area but no one attended the call. Finally, I could connect to them on 27th and logged a complaint about the issue. Since then they are giving me next day time everyday I call them.
                                I want my money back or the reimbursement for the days, the service was not proper. This was really frustrating and disappointing.
                                Pl look into this and resolve asap.

                                  Excitel service and customer service rep are literally bad and crappy person. They charged extra, they will not provide any kind of good service and one of the worst thing every last week of the month service will go poor. And customer care rep says there is a problem in your device. What the hell. Sometimes they charge 740 then 750 then 760 and previous month they charged 800 what the hell service

                                    On customer care no. And website there is 799/- pack and 500 installation charges for excitel broadband. Then, i received call from local area distributor. He said he will take 250/- extra along with 799/- and 500/-. I asked the reason so he gave me stupid reasons. I called again on customer care but no satisfactory response from them and they also do not have accurate information. They put the call on hold for a long time and transfer calls from different departments. Fraud company. Asked for extra money for no reason. No transparency.

                                      I have taken Excitel internet connection on 20th August 2016 through Local Distributor Chankya Cables in Jeewan Park Uttam Nagar New Delhi area as per commitment on website and pamplet if consumer not satisfied with Internet Services they will not ask any question and refund full consumer money but today is 27th August 2016, within 8 days I have not get stable internet services only left the date of connection.
                                      Raised multiple request over the mail with Excitel helpdesk as none of the person Excitel Customer care nor local distributor picked my call to hear my problem.

                                      Now I am requesting to disconnect the service and refund amount they are hearing my request. Please help me to get this sorted out.

                                        1. This person named Mr. Gurdeep Singh Narang, give fake promises that net issue will be resolved in few mins. Never takes our calls. Tell me he will send some technician in few mins n never send any. When called again he switches off his cell
                                        Phone. Bad service by this guy.

                                        2. Zero connectivity. More than half of the time I can not see the network mostly in day time. It says cannot find the connection or can't access the Internet. I have taken around 1100 plan and have not got service of even 500rs

                                        3. I asked them to provide me bill. The technician came to install wires said a man will come in few hours n he will give u bill. Still waiting for that man toh come!

                                        4. Pls tell me the procedure to disconnect this service and for the payback money for first month they promised before installation.
                                        Never get the prescribed speed on my plan, very distressed fix it as soon as possible otherwise, I have to change my isp
                                        Hi my self Mukund, I am facing a problem by distributer hi charged 100₹ etra on per month charge on ₹740,
                                        When I ask a, why you take 100 ₹ etra, then he says that area is covered by my franchise.
                                        I’m facing many problem wid this Excitel Zeo Net .last 10 days I tried to call customer care of pitampura but they r not pick ph .realy it’s too much bad service
