I have taken new internet plan from "Excitel" on 20th July 2016. Since that day I am facing connectivity issues. From very starting most of times internet remains unavailable. Around 80% of time in a day, there remain zero connectivity.
Worst part is that their customer care is not caring about my issue. Everyday I need to follow up on they promise me to come and fix my problem but till date no one came and fixed my problem.
I am thinking to drag them to consumer court now as no one is there to listen my concern. Entire money spent goes wasted.

They are money minded guys. they have nothing to do with customers.

    The local distributer came to collect the payment when i was not at home, my mom give them the money but he did not give any receipt. When i called the person he received my call once and told me that he will send someone with the receipt but he didnt and i called him again and now he is not even receiving my call.

    I texted him to send me the receipt on my email address as i need to submit it in my office and there is no response from their side. I feel helpdesk, their customer care is worst then the local distributor. I called them, sent them email but they say one thing that they cant help me and i need to take it up with local distributor.

      They take the payment of excitel broadcom internet service and their internet gets off when i plan to do some work at night and mostly remain off at day time too, and when we call to complaint they don't pick the call. I have 5 of their mobile numbers and they dont pick any of one. I am very disappointed from there service i regularly pay them, and still i am facing this problem.
      And many of my neighbours are facing the same. I live at Jail Road, New Delhi. Kindly look after my complaint.

        Extremely poor after sales services from Excitel their local channel partner at janakpuri new delhi is know for its poor and anti customer attitude they came with a rude and ill mannerd people who misbehave with customer and even has no manners to speak with I had a very bitter experience with them and excitel itself doesn't take any initiative in resolving customers issues despite several requests and communications no one heeds, so beware.

          I have been using internet from excitel broadband pvt. ltd, when i take the connection they are saying that there is no hidden cost, but when the renewal time came they are start asking rs 100 extra, regarding that i logged a case in excitel broadband pvt. ltd customer care but and mail to mr vivek raina (director) regarding this issue till date they have not response.

          My plan is : reeltime 759-data 1 (rs 759) but they are asking me (rs 869), when i refuse to pay they have disconnect my internet.

            I took new connection on[protected] and it provided the services till evening of[protected]. now its 11 days and services has not been restored .Neither the local executive is picking up the phone call and nor the company is replying for the same..The service sucks a lot.When you call the Customer care it will keep you on hold for 10-15 minutes and finally the call is not answered by any of the customer care executive and the call gets disconnected. A very poor services has been provided by the excitel. My residence is at Begampur, NewDelhi.I want my money back .

              This complaint is regarding excitel broadband which not able to provide continuos broadband service.
              Intially for couple of days it worked fine but later it stopped working.
              Mr. Saurab who is looking after the services in our locality which is vikaspuri was giving an excuse of power outrage problem, which was suppose to be resolved by now as per him.
              But still facing the problem of lost connection.
              As I have his personal number which he gave to me initially, I call him very often to check for the same to which his answer is that we are working on the problem and it will be resolved soon.
              Its an everyday issue now.
              Excitel doesn't gives the services it promise to its customers.
              I guess its time to file a legal suite, Which is the only solution now for getting services we deserve.

              Excitel is the worst internet provider in Delhi, I am having the similar problems. Just waiting for my monthly billing cycle to end and I am not going to opt it again.

                Hi,
                I am hammaad i am using excitel just 1 month first month i got good speed but after that next my connection is mostly error i have face disconnection problem . I have complaint many times to local service provider "mak communication" nobody came my house and after a long period they can not pick my call who no. Are don't pick my call is "[protected], [protected]".
                So please suggest me what should i do.
                Continuing this situation i cannot handle ahead, i have 3 connection all the connection continuing not possible for me.

                  I'm am Arnav Saxena. My mother Vartika Saxena have resistered to Excitel Broadband on 21 February 2016. They told us that we will give you full internet without any buffering of videos, no problem in suffering to internet. But I'm not getting enough speed to be able to suffer any website or play any videos except videos on Youtube and opening the other sites of Google. We have give Rs. 744 for Internet registration and Rs. 1000 for a Internet router. Please look after my problems.
                  Though I don't have any other problems with this Internet providing Company (excitel).
                  I just want enough speed as planned.

                    Please dont use anyone this service. It is like a scam .At starting giving good service but after 2 weeks internet automatically disconneted for 3 to 4 hours daily. In night service not available. If you complaint for this on excitel then company can not do anything. At the month end provide automatically go to your home for payment. If you told him your problem then he replied you that koi ehsaan nhi kr rhe ho net lgwa kr. So please ignore this.

                      I had activated a net plan of total Rs. 649 of Excitel company in November month This company giving the unlimited peering of youtube and unlimited internate and also say if it is not wok properly then excitel will refund my whole money after complaning so many times, bt he didnt done this, and they didn't neither provide me internate properly nor the money.
