I am chasing Excitel since last 1 month for the ONU device deposited to them 4 month ago. Calling them daily with general waiting time 40 minutes. They are not sending refund. They are fraud.
Excitel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    My internet connection was suspended without any prior notice or valid reason. The reason stated by the company is the high consumption of data in 4 days i.e. from 7 -11 March 2023 of 410 gb. No data limit was stated by the company in terms and condition of the plan. Comapny is not responding to any email. Customer service is also not helpful.

          Security deposit not return

          I got my device terminated on 4th December, but it has been more than 90 days, yet the company has not returned my security deposit, after calling the costumer supporter, they say that your security deposit will be returned to you within 68 days. will be done according to the company the deposit is returned within 90 days take strict action against the company and return my secorty deposit...

          I have submitted the ONU device on 18 Nov 22 and was told that the refund will be given in 90 days.
          Now, 105 days are over and I haven't received the refund and chasing the customer care daily just for listening this - we have noted your complaint our team is working on it. They are lying and making false promises to their customers.

            I had taken a WiFi Fiber connection from EXCITEL Broadband Private Limited New Delhi in Oct 2021 for three months and then renewed it for a period of one year from 26 Jan 2022 in my residence at EA-1/37 (GF), Inderpuri, New Delhi - 110012. I was asked to pay a refundable security deposit amount of Rs 2000.00 to be refunded on termination of the connection. Amount of Rs 2000.00 was duly paid online through the credit card on 21 Oct 2021. The ID of the connection was Paramjit_590.
            After the expiry of one year on 26 Jan 2023, I informed the Company for the termination of the connection and refund of the Security Deposit amount of Rs 2000.00. The Customer Care took no action in the matter and just delayed any action. I raised the level to their Nodal Office. The Ticket No. of the complaint was given as 11375990. I was asked to deposit the Router and its accessories. Which was done promptly on 03 Feb 2023. However, again after repeated reminders only, I was told by the "Helpdesk Team (Excitel)" representative that my refund would be paid to me after two months as per the Company Policy.
            This was contested by me by bringing out the fact that I had not given any consent to such a policy of the company and that the Company representative had not informed me of any such policy. But they kept repeating the same thing and closed my complaint as resolved.
            I, therefore, raised the level to its Appellate Authority. But on its behalf also the "Helpdesk Team (Excitel)" responded and made the same statement that as per the Company policy it would be refunded after two months. My objections were conveyed to the representative, but they did not listen and closed the Complaint bearing Ticket No 11375990.
            The withholding of my security deposit amount by the Company is very highhanded action and very illegal. And the Company needs to refund the Security deposit amount without any delay. It should have been refunded within a maximum of 7 days' time from the date the router was returned ie 03 Feb 2023. Any delay in the refund should include delayed payment @18% along with the deposit amount.

              Ticket no .[protected].. its been more than 6 months Refund me scammers months i have returned my wifi box still haven't received refund they promised me that after i return the wifi box they will refund me within 1 month then i waited then they said 3 months wait now they just say i have forwarded your complain but they never refund me please help me out

                  I hav refunded modem to Radhey krishna network Shahdara in month of Sep2022, but still after 5 months no refunds have been issued, every time Call center says It will be done in 10 days.

                    I am using Excitel services from last 3 years..

                    From Friday I.e., 3rd Feb 23 I am not getting internet and I raised a compliant in Excitel app.. And am calling to Customer care number again n again but am not getting any resolution..

                    Am seriously very disappointed with Excitel services..

                    Every time I call they say that they will escalate the case and I will be getting a call from supervisor. .

                    Till now I haven't got any call or update from anyone..

                    Very pathetic services in customer support..

                      Excitel connection does not work almost all the time and when it rarely works, it is not stable at all and WiFi always disconnects and multiple calls to customer care goes unanswered without any resolution.

                        My connection has been terminated and device submitted on September 2022 and the company has not given me a refund of Rs 2000, today it has been more than 60 days.Then I called the customer supporter what is he saying your bank details require, I ll submitted the same detail over a mail.but no response received yet.

                        I request the consumer complaint forum Strict action should be taken against this company.

                          My connection has been terminated on 4 December 2022 and the company has not given me a refund of Rs 2000, today it has been more than 60 days.Then I called the customer supporter what is he saying your device is not submitted so you contact the locale dealer what should I call the locale dealer. He says that the accounted has come today, otherwise it will come tomorrow, then tomorrow he will scan the device and within 60 days your refund will be deposited in your bank account.
                          I request the consumer complaint forum Strict action should be taken against this company.
                          I request the Consumers Complaint Forum to refund me 2000 rupees from this company to my bank account.

                            Excitel customer care employee are most irresponsible regarding their work, they provide wrong information and does not talk properly with their customers as I have talked with two executive today only one is Khushbu and another one is male employee and that male employee doesn't provide his name and talking in very bad manner and disconnected the call, these both employees should get fired from the company and hire those employees who can provide proper information and help their customers

                              Sir, I return my device on 08 Sep 2022 but company not returned my security money of 2000 till date when i called the customer care they said it take 1 more week again and again. It is already near about 120 days when i have returned the device please look into this matter and do the needful

                                  Excitel is committing fraud by purposely disconnecting the internet service in my area. They kept disconnecting the service almost every day since last week for at least 4 - 6 hours, and they mentioned technical issues.
                                  They are moth***kers not refunding my money.

                                    I hand over there Excitel broadband device on 08 Sep 2022 at Ansari Complex Srinagar they said I will get the refund within 30 days now they have changed there refund policy to 90 days I have waited 120 now they are making excuses everyday whenever I called customer care number still I didn't get any response from they please look into this matter and do the needful.

                                      I have requested for the days transfer to my new account since the month of October'22. The customer service executives doesn't know where to transfer the call and how to deal with the issue. They just say this will be done in 1 day and they do not work on it.

                                      Today my connection is expired. Now they want me to recharge again.

                                      I have also sent an email to the Nodal Officer but no response from their side as well.

                                      Pathetic Service
