Exide Industries — exide im 1500 a3k4c002528 battery not working dealer durga automobiles korba chhattisgarh

Poor performance of battery since two months. reported to dealer and battery is taken by dealer on 17.03.2018 for complaint redressal but till date issue is not resolved.dealer told me that the exide industries refused to give warranty on the ground of poor maintenance.As a customer how can i deal with this situation please advice me. I cannot bear this type of treatment from either of the exide industries or the dealer. as a customer i want my issue resolved amicably with the commitment /promise given by the company in warranty. company can not make the customer to suffer due to any of the issue between dealer and exide industries.Request you to kindly resolve the issue at the earliest amicably or advice me my further line of action. also had talked to Mr.Amit Verma executive of exide industries posted at bilaspur chhattisgarh but his response was very poor and non cooperative. copy of bill and other receiving of dealer is attached.
