I purchased an Exide battery in February 2022. Since the initial months, I have been facing severe heating issues and backup failure. I raised multiple service requests and complaints during the warranty period, but Exide and its technicians failed to provide a permanent solution or replace the battery, despite obvious signs of product defect.
Here are some of the job card numbers/service visits I made:

Each time, technicians came, inspected the battery, but never took action. They would “check and leave” or delay decisions, clearly avoiding warranty replacement. I even shared the invoice and complaint history with the Exide team via email and phone.
Now in July 2025, the battery gives only 20 minutes backup and gets dangerously hot. Their technician simply says, “Battery is out of warranty, we can't help now.”
This is completely unethical and fraudulent behavior — the company ignored my repeated complaints during the valid warranty period, and is now conveniently refusing responsibility.
I demand the following:
Free replacement of the defective battery
OR full refund, including installation charges
An apology for the delay and harassment
