Exide Industries — My car zen estilo battery is not taking charge

I have a car zen estilo i have purchased battery on 6th november 2014.. When i checked with maruti service center on jan 2017 they told me the battery is 80% fine. But last few day battery is not taking charge. When i loged complain with exide they forced me to purchase a new battery and told that the battery is down and not in working condition and i am sure sankar saha who was exide person he took the battery he did something with battery, please looks the matter urgently and help to shorted this issue. As we know life time of a exide battery is 5 years. So why it was happen, please help
