Hi exide team.
I have purchased one no exide inva master battery, fe-im10000 bearing sl. No. 1vh[protected] for inverter srvice at my home from supertech agency, ratan nagar main road, near ajay tent house jabalpur. On 14.04.2017 for the final price of rs.13000/- after rebate given for return of old
I have purchased oneno. Exi exide battery. The invoice/cash memo issued to me bears invoice no 003 (No. Hand written). When i asked regarding the warantee card and general maintenace schedule of exide company. The dealer replied that now a days these are not supplied by the company, the warantee is mentioned on the battery, in case of defects the dealer will attend it and no need for warantee.. It is worthwhile to mention here that the m/s supertech agency is auth, dealer of sf batteries (A division of exide indsustries ltd), but in case this agency closes down then who will cover the warantee.
I am retired supdt. Engr. From mpstate electricity board and attained age of 68 years, so i feel i may not be able to sustain any dispute regarding warantee with the dealer so please look into the matter and issue warantee card or give assurance in writing for perfornmance warantee.
