I will send the policy number and contact number on mail, but I am sure that nothing will be done. I have followed the customers care and other departments for this FRAUD, with my complaint number :- EXL[protected], which has been closed by Exide life without even a single discussion and with improper comments. After waiting for one month I have tried to get the status then I came to know about the closing of Complaint, I requested to provide at least a single mail regarding Closing of Complaint number re-open the ticket, but a FAKE reference number 1023776 has been provided by your agents and informed that this will work for future reference, I have checked after some time then find out that this means nothing to your agents too. And till today I am waiting for any mail as it has been more than 3 months for that.
The FRAUD agent who is responsible for creating this issue is Mr. Ravi Chauhan (+91 [protected], +91 [protected]), the documents I have sending to address :- B- 1/1 3rd floor, above Andhra Bank, Janakpuri East, Delhi - 110058.
Other than Ravi Chauhan, I was getting calls and mails from Arushi Bansal, Manish Thakur, Aditi and many other. For documents verification, confirmations, documents got stuck, new policies, dividend related. Even got Dividend related documents.
I have followed the proper channel for resolution of the FRAUD, but it seems that NO ONE is interested and your agents just want to loot and customer care representative have instructions to NOT to file any complaint and avoid any thing.
GUYS, please be aware of any of the above, and EXIDE Life. WORST.
