My name is virendra Kumar nirmal, I have purchased the extramarks course from extramarks India, rajasthan, jaipur office for my children of 9th standard. At the time of registration his jaipur office representative mr. Rahul Sharma not informed 7 days policy verbally. Only online links provide by him and advise for acceptance. I have done all formality as per him advise. After 10 to 11 days nobody contact with my child for his activity or any problems.
