Extra Marks — Fraud and misguidance by sales team and Non Cancellation of loan

I applied for an offline 3-year Learning Programme for my Son ( Suraj Bagdi ) from Extra marks (Order summary attached). Executive Mrs Ritu Kesrwani ( +91 [protected] ) from the Jaipur office visited my home in Kota on 26th May 2022 for counselling and admission of Suraj. I clearly communicated to him that we will first take the demo of the product because the student is not that well academically and if found useful only then we shall continue it. She also confirmed about the 7 days demo programme that we can get it cancelled and a refund of 5600 will be provided if we are not satisfied. She also showed us the return policy on the form.

The amount payable was Rs. 5600 as a down payment and the balance was Rs. 22400 financed through third-party Bajaj Finance in 12 instalments of rs. 1867 each.
The transaction ID of 5600 is[protected] dated 26th May 2022.

They provide ID password for login on 27th May. No other hardcopy receipt, application form or return policy was provided to me. Still trusting the brand, student started checking the demo classes but even after tried very hard he could not understand the content. Reason 1 was that he was not good at English. Mrs Ritu called me on 31st May for feedback then I told her clearly that he is not able to cope up so she told me to come to the office on 1st June. She tried to convince me to request the company to convert in a bilingual course. She didn't inform me about the Cancellation procedure.
After that, on June 2, a call came from other mentors, we informed them too that student is not able to cope up, but the problem remained the same they just tried to delay our issue. They also didn't tell about the proper refund and Cancellation procedure.
On 3rd May I went to Extramarks office in Kota where I could not find Ms. Ritu, on calling her she said that she has gone on a visit and asked me to visit on 4th May to delay the process
. On May 4th, there was a call from another mentor, who said that you can not cancel the purchase as the time period is over.
I am attaching the recordings of the representatives as evidence, in which I have clearly discussed with them that they have wasted out the time intentionally.
Due to the non-resolving of the problem by phone, I went to the local office of Extra Marks in Kota on 8th May 2022, where I discussed with Mr. Naman( [protected] ) who was the mentor used to discuss with me on calls. He promised me the solution by sending the problem forward by just giving assurance. I have not got any response till date. Just because I was not aware about the proper Cancellation procedure which was obviously the duty of the sales team to discuss at the time of admission, I am not facing financial issue for no reason. We are not even availing the facility.

Please help in this regard to avoid such unethical sell practices.
