I Neelam Sonar mother of Natiki Sonar Std -9th & Mohit Sonar Std-8th respectively studding in modern high school Vashi Navi Mumbai(State Board of maharastra)
As per our consultation your executive came at home and showed all the system of studying through extra marks online classes.At a time of purchasing the EXtramarks package susmita told me we will take live classes, child basic clear before school start, school scholarship, school syllabus according live classes, government through exam preparation, own time classes, 24X7 mentors available to clear student doubts.
when I purchase the package after 4 days I get the call from Extramarks .they explain me about aap at that time I get shock. i call to susmita for that which she given the commitment to me.she told I will do, but several time I call she started deny on his commitment. I call to customer care also but also I not get any clearance then I de-side to cancel the package.She convinced us and give guarantees of studying system of extramarks online classes that is this our system is India's most top classes system running in india and Maharashtra in top lavel because of your executives emotional force we agreed tp purchase the package for our Childs education. But the package given by your institution is different from Maharashtra state boards syllabus and also.is not teaching in physical by teaching faculty as online.
by seeing this i feel that i had being a big fraud by your institute, i was not ready to purchase the package but executive showed me family emotion and cried before me and didn't given ant time to thinks on this matter.
She said that this is having last day offer purchase know.she was in hurry and give a EMI facility and taken full amount of package in are time.
I am not satisfied by this service and also your executive who come at my house.
so please refund the full amount.
