Ezee Pay Services — Non refund for failed transaction | |
I tried to pay fees online through Delhi University Portal for Kamala Nehru College Under Graduate programe for my daughter on 14th of October 2020 at 3.20 pm using by my ICICI bank credit card ending with 4005 for an amount of Rs.11, 100 (Ezeepay reference 731606). While doing this transaction my session got expired, however the amount was debited to my credit card but no fee receipt was generated. Even on the Delhi University portal the fee status was showing as not paid so I had to make a second transaction of the same amount of Rs.11, 100 presuming that as the first transaction was failed the amount will be credited back to my credit card in few days. Ezeepay reference number for the second transaction made on 14th of October 2020 at 3.28 pm is 694365. As the money for the first failed transaction has not been credited back to my credit card, I have contacted ICIC bank and they have informed me that both the above transactions got settled by Ezeepay and for refund of the failed transaction (Ezeepay reference 731606) I need to contact Ezeepay. So, I have sent them an email on 30th November and a reminder on 5th December 2020 for refund of the amount for the failed transaction (Ezeepay reference 731606) but I have not received any response from them till.
