Ezeephones — tablet ordered but didn't receive and not refund money

But there was no response from them and its site was not running. Only one whatsapp message received by mo no: +[protected] as

Due to covid-19 pandemic there could be a slight delay, you can expect your order to be delivered within 5 -7 working days. So today i called ezeephone customer care on [protected]. And he said your order has been canceled, so your money will be refunded via google pay or phonepay, i have sent you a link on your mobile for a refund policy, and you will forward on this no [protected]. He then sent me a link via this mo no. [protected] as "abupi ab9f204a1 @ 92be! 43c6! 968b * 2d1a1cca 577" for require refund policy from them. And i'm forward to [protected]. Then he called me by no. [protected] for guidance purposes. He sends a refund policy which you will fill up and send it to us. Then this link received me by this no.[protected] as "https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSf4uYopUUodeaHzRLxwp4lMg7cpXFPs3jscocTdk8FKO0AnMg/viewform...⇄ And in that link, my google pay register mo no and google pay my m-pin. So i did not provide them with an m-pim, so they will say that we cannot refund your money with your google pay m-pin. Then i say i will camplaine to the police, then he called me “gandi gad '. This site is a fraud. Please do the needful.

This is a little too awful to help me so please do your full need to give my money back.
