Address: DLS Warehouse 2, LAWRANCEROAD Delhi, India-110035.

I had booked for a Intelligent/Auto Focus/Anti Blue/Ultra Light Reading Glasses for Rs.999/- with COD option on 21/12/2022 but I have received a simple substandard plastic product with fixed focus( +1 power) far from the product displayed on screen while booking available in open market against Rs.100/- . This is nothing but cheating. This company has false email address "[protected]@ezeeshop18.com with false communication number [protected] . I tried to complain to this email address but failed as the mail have returned with the comment"Address not found" The number provided by the company showing 'fraud' on truecaller app.
I want to get back my money (Rs.999/-) and proper action against this company.

    Hi I have order reading glass which is very good in the website to see, but the product they delivered is very cheap and low quallity and totally different item, however I tried to return the product as they said in their website to email them but the email account doesn;t exist and my returned to me as failed delivery, Hence I request someone to take necessary action on these type of websites

The same was delivered to me on _02/01/2023_ however, when I opened the parcel I saw that the delivered product wasn’t As par Advertisement I was really shocked when I saw the product, that's cheating delivering duplicate substandard reading plastic glass of plus 1 power

      Therefore, I want you to arrange the return pickup of the defective product and provide me with full refund

        I have purchased the product (Intelligent Photochromic | Auto Focus | Anti Blue | Ultra Light Reading Glasses) from Ezee Shop18. The quality is very poor and the number of the specs is not my number. Its like a cheap roadside product being sold at Rs 999/-

        I had requested for return & refund but there has been no action so far. Now even the email ID that they have given on website has stopped working. mobile number also switched off.

                          There is no provision to cancel the order. Therefore I have emailed them to cancel the order on [protected]@ezeeshop18.com. But look like the email ID and Mobile number are fake. Anyway I am not going to accept the delivery of Item. Fortunately I have book this Item on COD basis. If Ezeeshop18 team reading this complaint then pls cancel my order [Order #39907] (December 26, 2022).

                                    I received the product Intelligent Photochromic reading glass from Ezeeshop 18, but I'm not happy with it. It should be a reading glass but I'm not able to read, it's just blurr. Its just a magnifying glass where the distance can be seen clearly.
                                    Its a cheap quality glass and bad vision I have emailed them but its bouncing back I am unable to contact them. How to contact them and get my money back ₹1199.
