I brought a Nokia 105 mobile from ezone of metropolitan building at-7, j.l nehru road, kolkta-700013.Now I am facing problem with this mobile.I went to nokia care, they told me that this is a replacement guaranteed set so you will get service from ezone directly.after that I went to ezone, they received my phone.but now they informed me that they could not do anything and I have to collect this phone in this condition.
