[Resolved] Ezoneonline.in — Worst service | |||||
I bought a Samsung refrigerator from Ezone aditya mall Indirapuram 1. The salesmen did not privide us the refrigerator carton they packed it in a whirlpool box. When we ask of the box they said that we threw it out the samsung box carten. 2. When product got delivered at our house we found a dent on the refrigerator then we call the ezone salesmen they assured us it is a design bt actually its a dent kindly take serious action on this or else it will goo on very higher level off escalation Was this information helpful? | |||||
