Hi, I have purchased sony tv klv48w 562d on 16/10/2016 by paying 20000 in cash and rest in emi. i have been promised by the sales person that i will get a cash back of 10% if i pay by icici credit/debit card in three months of time. Therefor i have paid 20000 by icici credit card & balance in emi. But i have not received the cash back yet, on talking with store manager of avani riverside mall he is not able to confirm by when the cash back will be credited.
