FabAlley — I have returned the products but not getting refund amount

Hi, i had ordered 4 products from faballey.com on 10th jun-2017. And it got delivered on 12th jun, 2017 afternoon. It took only 2 days to get my products. There was size issue with 2 products so i have requested for return on 12th jun, 2017 itself. Person from faballey picked up my order on 15th jun, 2017 but i dint get any confirmation mail or message from faballey that the products has been picked up. I waited for 1-2 days and then i dropped an email asking for the pick up confirmation and then they confirmed it on my email (Basically you have to remind them, otherwise you will not get any confirmation from them). Since then i am waiting for my refund. It is more than a week now but i have not got my money back. As per their return policy the whole return and refund process takes 4-5 days but it is more than a week now and they are saying they have not received my products. For them it takes only 2 days to deliver packet but it takes 8-9 days to reach products to them. When i am asking for tracking details of my products, they are not providing. How pathetic it is :- (. And they have worst policy for return, if you return something you will get your refund in your bank account, you will get your refund as faballey credit. You have to shop with them only to use your refund money. I always prefer to shop online on myntra and amazon, they are very flexible and fast. This was the first time i shop on faballey but this was the last. I will have to use my refund on this stupid online website coz i cant get my refund in my bank account. I have attached my order invoice as a proof.
