Hi Team, This complaint is regarding www.fabbag.com. These people have a policy in which if you refer one of your friend you will get one free bag. I got approval for my referral as well. Now these people never reply on emails not even answer any calls.this matter is going on from last 2 months. I have opened support ticket many times but they hardly reply. Many users have issues with these people. Please help!

And i have referred one of my friend and i got confirmation as well that your referral has been approved. Now these people are not answering phone calls and not even replying on emails I have been trying to reach than from laat 10 days. and this matter is now almost 2 months old. The recent ticket number i have for my complaint : 18723 And there are so many other users who has one or other issues with these guys. Please help!!
    These people are cheaters they just want to take money from customers by fooling them and offering all open, used and spoilt product. I ordered Diwali special bag to gift it to some one but these cheaters sent an open sealed spoilt product in the bag. They commited to replace it within 2 days but they kept on exchanging mails stating to choose other product as the replacement and telling that they dont have the same product. The options given were so not worth neither o[censored]tility. They lkept on exchanging mails even after me giving them some other choice of replacement of the product which i want. They kept on enforcing to choose the product from the options given by them. However I saw the product which was spoilt available on their website but these liars kept on telling that they dont have it. After continous follow ups for 2 weeks they said they have one last piece of the product left and they will dispatch it to me in a week. After receiving the replacement I was disgusted to see that they have replaced one spoilt product with another spoilt product. The product that i received a s a replacement also had a broken sealed and it was a used product more than 90 % of the bottle was empty and there was hardly anything in the bottle. After this i asked them that i do not wish to take anything from the company since they just offered me the spoilt products twice and I asked for the cash back. Which they refused to give and insisted on store credit which was of no use as after taking 2 product both of which was spoiled I didnt wanted to buy anything. They have still not returned my money and have stop responding on follow up mails too. They are big time cheaters. Pls. dont get trap in there strategy of looting the customers.
    February 2015 I ordered fabbag, I received sally Hansen nail polish which was very old one and also it looked like it was a used one. Next month in march fabbag, I received livon morrocan serum which had broken nozzle and liquid was falling out.
    This year February I ordered again, and I had option to choose Hikari lip crayon.. It was broken and stuck to cap. I have raised a complaint... Let us see what happens.
    But all should be aware that a concept like beauty bags which has full size product means that the product is old, or used, or defective which are discarded by the company. Now it is up to us to understand the reality of the situation. But I can give 5* rating for their samples... All were too good. Also last year my July fabbag had awesome products which were all good. But sometimes bad product problems arise.
    ... Stay happy, and fight for ur right.

        Hi, I had ordered a product on Fab bag, on May 6th, 2015. The product was delivered and due to my unavailability at the shipping location was returned. I have since then been following up with the seller. But the issue was not addressed. They always kept promising to re-send the product and finally after 15 days, inform me that the product is out of stock. I would request the general public to not buy products from the site, since they have terrible before and after sales service. The representative do not answer your queries and keep them going in a loop.

          I placed my order[protected] on 23 april 2015 .its been almst one month still there is no update abt the order and the support keeps replying it will be despatched by the coming week.this is the worst service and support I have experienced. You cant even rely on the site if you need your products early for some reason

            Order number:[protected] I ordered my April Fab bag on 19th April 2015 for which I have already paid. It is may already and whenever I write to fab bag for the status of my April fab bag asking when it will be dispatched I receive the same reply we are late will start shipping this week onwards. This is the standard reply everytime u write to them. They have received my money and don't won't to dispatch my product. Help

              I have a 6 months subscription from FABBAG.COM. 5 months have been completed and they haven't still given me my September month's bag. I have E-mailed them asking to deliver my courier but they are very reluctant. They have taken the money already and they have a very poor customer care. I'm simply frustrated asking them over and over. Now, it feels like i'm asking for their property!
