Faber — AMC was made 6 months back. No even one visit as of today.

I had purchased Faber Gas Stove(HOB) on 27th August 2022. I had signed an AMC on the same day. They said they will come every 3 months for checkup. In spite of my calls they did not come as of now. I complained into company number too. Not sure what can be done.
