I want to raise a complaint against the service provided by Faber through one of its service centres located in Bangalore (Banaswadi) as my chimney has shattered and broken due to improper installation and the hob is damaged as the chimney fell onto it.

Several calls have been made to the toll free # [protected]. The service was to be done by the local agent of Ace Services (Banaswadi).
Calls have been made to Ace Services at tel #[protected]. The center manager Mr. Ravi assured that the service would be done maximum by 10th arpil and a new one be installed.
Even after repeated calls and complaints there has been no response by them.
After sending several mails to the customer care at customercare.[protected]@franke.com and [protected]@faberspa.com the reply from them was that the service manager Mr.Krishna Vamsi ([protected]) will personally look after this issue.
At the customer care centre all they have asked me to do is talk to service manager who doesnt respond to the calls or mails anymore.
I am fed up and tired of calling and sending them mails yet the Faber chimney remains unrepaired.
