Faber — Brand new product not working - Faber Gas Burner | |||
I have bought a new Faber - 4 burner gas stove from Kitchen Studio - Malad. The Piece given to me was faulty from day 1 with one of the burners not working. From May 2015 till date I have made atleast 12 complaints to Kitchen Studio and Faber. Kitchen studio claims to have no say in the matter an dwhen it was escalated to Faber the GM Mr Ramakrishna Iyer tries to tell me that no replacement will be given even though the piece was faulty from day 1. The repairs that they have claimed to do in July and November has had no positive results with the peoblem still persisting. the piece is under warranty and I see no reason why a replacement cannot be done for a manufacturing defect which was there from day 1.
