Faber — chimney charcoal filter delay

Bought Faber chimney a month ago and got it installed.As i dont want duct, have been looking for charcoal filter.Its been more than 20 days since have been waiting for charcoal filter.Got call from customer care twice and then they closed ticket saying will fix the charcoal filter when its available.Very bad customer support from Faber..

I live in Hyderabad.Can [protected]@[protected] if faber team really checks these complaints.
