Faber — Chimney complaint not resolved

I bought Faber pluto 60 chimney from flipkart on 13/04/25 but they delivered a defective chimney they also offered a free of cost installation which flipkart never honored and I end up paying for that too delayed the installation deliberately to evade the return period of 7 days then chimney is making terrible unpleasant noise a big inconvenience while cooking but despite complaint BAN[protected] and regular follow up they are not interested in resolving the issue flipkart customer care is useless and impossible to reach faber service personals has no knowledge and skill to resolve such issues they only stated that this is a low model having such issues so bear with it and threatened that complaint will be closed from their end if ever again raised in future.
