    Dear Support team,
    I have purchased the Chimney on 01.07.2022 from Vasanth & Co- Sholinganallur location and Chimney Model No: HOOD EEL3D BK60 SL.No:G[protected].

    On same day 01.07.2022 the FABER installation technician came for installation (Kitchen Care Services, Thoraipakkam chennai 600097).
    During installation the outer black cover meatal sheet was wrongly cutted for cable routing and they managed the damaged area by using the black insulation tape and also Not used right fasteners and not aligned the cover according to hole match to fix the screws While I asking the technician why you have done like this, he replied that was happed unknowingly!!! ( I cant understand such answer from the Technician) and was irresponsible.( Technician Name: Karthi Sasi Contact No: [protected]).some what they managed the work and they left.

    Paid 3500 for over all material & installation which is not at all acceptable for such improper installation.

    Next day from 02.07.2022 till today 21.07.2022 I was following with Kitchen Care Services team for asking the replacement of the damage cover, but no proper response till today. ( Contact No:[protected]) i have shared all the photos of the damaged cover and but still every time they are asking the photos and details.

    Henceforth, i kindly requesting you to look into this matter and arrange for the replacement of the chimney as soon as possible. ( Appreciate if done by end of this week).

      I purchased the Faber gas hob in Dec 2019 and after 3 months the problem started with big burners. There is a gap that comes in between the burner parts because of which the flame does not come properly, pictures of which will be attached below. Since 2019 i have already replaced the burner thrice and now 4th time it has happened again. The cost that i pay every time for the burner is Rs2200, which i am paying for no fault of mine, The Faber burners are of such utterly poor quality that every 5-6 months i need to replace the burners. The Faber manager Prem of Sarjapur road branch Bengaluru tells me its happening because of poor maintenance and depends on usage. Firstly i want to make it clear that i dont wash the burners so there is no question of me damaging the burners. Secondly when he talks o[censored]sage, is he trying to say that i should just keep the gas for show and not use it. I have been receiving unreasonable answers from the Faber tech team. Please find a solution for the recurring problem. Faber should be bearing the burner cost as its a poor quality burner.

        Faber 4 burner gas stove/ gas leakage issue after using few weeks only

            My Febar 4 stove was blasted today evening by 9.08pm during preparation of dinner. Likely my wife escalated from this incident.
            How can new Febar branded stove got bust within 3 months of operational. I want report on this issue. Please support immediately. Else It will be circulate in social media.

              Dear Team,

              I have faber company HOB as mentioned in subject line. Burners of this HOB got damaged within 3 years of purchase. Now I am calling to faber comany customer care to know the price of burners but they are clearly telling that they don't know the price of burners. Price of burners will be told by the service engineer who will be visiting the complaint. Now I got two different rates from 2 different service engineers of faber. Being a customer I want to know the burners rate from company side and not from the vendors who are visiting. In this process vendors are looting customers like anything.

                This is Ujwala Pongurlekar we purchased feber gas on 14/2/22 from Vijay sales as we are renovating our house we installed gas on 28/3/22 and after that we are suffering a lot ... Even installation time also ignition was not working properly but technician told us that after 15 days it will work smoothly. But it doesn't work at all then we call many times to feber as well as Vijay sales. Then again one technician came he recognised fault... But he said now I can't chenge wire without asking my senior technician.even we spoke with him but he said send me the video and still the problem is as it is. now the big gas Burner can't lightened up with lighter also ... Don't know what to say. Very pathetic customer service atall . Now I want replacement. This is enough. We didn't give you more proof now . What you people are trying to say that we are lying. Our gas is working smoothly and still we are always complaining. This is ridiculous. Otherwise I have to go in consumer court.

                  I PURCHASED FABER HOOD APEX FL HC SC BK 60, VIDE INVOICE NO.DKK-B-SIA1310 DT[protected].FROM VIJAY SALES, KALKAJI NEW DELHI.
                  The door of the chimney is not functioning now. i made a complaint on[protected], via customer care. The executive came after 3-4 days, but didnot resolve the issue. he said parts has to be replaced, he will fix it within a week's time. but didnot turn up. after that i made several calls in customer care and also to the executive. It is more than a month now, and my complaint is yet to be resolved. I purchased Faber chimney seeing good reviews of them.did not expect such lethargic attitude by a reputed company. I hope the company takes action and my complaint be resolved soon.

                      Service centre (Mr. Pramod) and service engineer (Mr. Indersen) are misguiding from last 4 months and now saying to speak to call centre.
                      Service centre and engineer are having some nexus and closed the complaints without resolution and they gives different statements on every interaction

                        We bought complete appliances except washer/dryer for two apartments in Bangalore in 2019. The Dealership first cheated us by selling discontinued products as we could not see those models any more. Further, the owners manual for microwave oven and built in convection oven is just not readable. The technicians who came for demo have no clue how they operate and tried to play around to figure out how it works unsuccessfully. This happened three times. I complained several times, the company has still not provided us the readable manual or an online version of it.

                        The dishwasher stoped working completely and I have given complaint 5 days back. Twice the technician called saying he is coming that day but didn't turn up. I am really frustrated with the service and I am stuck with 2 full sets of appliances in our two flats.

                          THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AFTER SALES SERVICE!!!
                          purchased dishwasher model :FFSD6PR12SNeo serial :M[protected]
                          on January. the product worked fine no problems there, however on 5th of may the lock attachment for the detergent dispenser broke. its a normal manufacturing defect and is covered in the warranty. called the customer care and they sent there technician *Mr. Mukesh Gole*, he came saw the problem took pictures and said we will have to order in the material from head office this might take more then 5 day, which is a reasonable time for repairing a small defect, longer then usual but still reasonable. i call this gentle man after 3 days to inquire about the status, he tells if going to take *MORE 15 DAY!!!* and stated some technical reason that they can not order the right material, then proceeded to shift the blame to a lady saying she has ordered it as soon as it will come he will come repair it. after 15 days i call them again and they still say that it is *GOING TO TAKE MORE 15 DAYS BEACUSE THEY HAVENT ORDERED THE MATERIAL YET* when asked who is incharge of this service center he made me speak to another gentle man who is supposedly the manager of the service center and he was asking for money for repair work... when asked why was the complaint pending for so long and no order was made, also no communication back to the customer as to why it is taking so long, *HE DIRECTLY CUT THE CALL*. when called back i was made to speak to a lady who assured me *MY COMPLAINT WILL BE RESOLVED WITH IN A WEEK!!!*... IT HAS BEEN ALMOST AN ENTIRE MONTH STILL THEY ARE IGNORING MY CALLS AND MY COMPLAINT HAS NOT BEEN TOUCHED... NO CALL BACKS FROM THE COMPANY TO EVEN INQUIRE IF THE COMPLAINT WAS RESOLVED... I AM STILL WAITING!!!...
                          2 QUESTIONS THAT NEED TO BE ASKED HERE:
                          1. IS IT REALLY THAT HARD TO GET EQUIPMENT FROM PUNE OF ALL PLACES BECAUSE IT DOESNT TAKE MORE THEN 10 HOURS TO REACH THERE FROM BHOPAL... AND WHAT JUSTIFIES THE 1 MONTH LONG WAIT PERIOD JUST TO REPAIR A SMALL DETERGENT DISPENSER?
                          2. WHAT IS THE PERPOUSE OF OWNING A DISHWASHER WHEN I HAVE TO WASH DISHES BY HAND FOR MONTHS AND MONTHS?

                          I HOPE MY COMPLIANT WILL BE SOON RESOLVED... WITH REPAIR OF THE DETERGENT DISPENSER OF MY DISHWASHER.

                              Dishwasher not working and the service center doesn’t respond after repeated calls to the area executive an engineer visited but didn’t had knowledge how to repair. Still facing the same problem.

                                Bought a brand new burner. The burner has some valve issues and I placed a complaint on the 3rd day of receiving the product. Their service personnel is yet to call me even after 15 days. I believe this is the very reason their customer service ratings are abysmal. I have called their service multiple times and each time they say they are escalating. I don't know whom they are escalating for such a repair. Customer service is an integral part of customer satisfaction in a competitive market. There are a lot of brands to choose from. I don't understand if they cannot provide service why to bother selling your products in the market or they just want to sell their products without any consequnces. I made a mistake and will not make it again.

                                  Parts Replacement under warranty pending since three months

                                  I bought the Eurodomo chimney last November (2021). Within three months, the chimney had problem closing and it remains in open state always. The parts need to fix under warranty were ordered by the service engineer in March 2022. He promised to fix the issue within 14 days.                                   My water purifier model number U WA RO+UV+MAT Serial number- G[protected]. It is under warranty period but due to poor AMC service and unprofessional behaviour from Mr Suvonkor Dutta [protected] it's frequently not working . Every time new person comes and temporarily repairs it. Infact one of the filter is stolen by some people . Please sort this matter immediately otherwise I will circulate it in social media .

                                    Hi,

                                    My name Is Manjunatha S. Yesterday Eurodomo 90 cm Chimney was fired in our house. It was only 2 months before I purchased this from Flipkart. For your reference attached the invoice and also attached the fired photos for your reference. If you need a video also I will send.

                                    I will explain the details: Morning I am done the chapati. After that I am off the chimney but not off the switch board. After 10 to 15 minutes the fire happened but I was not in the place i see the smoke outside because after eating i going to office. Below the chimney nothing is there except the stove.

                                    Just now the local customer care agent is called and he is told not able to give the entire replacement of the chimney. Instead of that we give a 20% discount for the new chimney. It's not a chimney issue, it's a cooking issue.

                                    I do not agree with this because this is not our fault.

                                    Please replace the product or thoroughly inspect the problem. I am going to lodge a complaint against this because I nearly i lossed Rs. 50000 using your product. No one gives anything for this.

                                    And will post this issue with videos and photos in social media, tv etc.,

                                    I will give two days of time. Send a reply soon.
