I raised a complaint regarding my chimney motor issue and the technician says that there is no data or proff that i bought the chimney from them despite giving the warranty card and purchase order also I have called customer care on 22nd Feb, regarding the issue and not only she didn't provide me with solution she hung up on me(her name is Priyanka or something like that, This is unacceptable and very rude i suggest you to look into this, And I am very very very disappointed in FABER
