Faber — Chimney not working due to the board fault

Respected Sir

We bought your product last June 2020.
Last October it was faulty and your service provider came and checked it. Asked me 10000 for board fault. I refused and told product works 4 months only, hope warranty is still valid. He was gone out not backed, almost 2 months over not return back. Meantime our kitchen was fully smoke formed. Useless of my patience and negligence of your service forced me to go for consumer right.
Hopefully will get good response from your side .
