Faber — Chimney toughened glass blasted

I had bought the Faber chimney in year 2019 but on 20th March 2022, its toughened glass got blasted.It was fortunate for my family that no one gets any injury but it is a very pathetic as it can lead to a major damage to my family if they were present near the gas stove.All the glass was scattered all over the kitchen and room.What sort of product you are providing to customer.Playing with life of customer.I want my damage to be fixed by you all
