We bought AMC for Faber cooktop and there were 3 services included in it. we availed two services and 3 service became due during lockdown. we asked for the service after the lockdown but the officials insisted us to buy AMC for the next year and when we said that we will buy after some time he denied to provide the 3rd service which was actually pending.
this is really disappointing and we never expect such force from a company like Faber.
request you to look into the matter and provide us the 3rd service which is actually due. If we get good service only then we will buy AMC in future. Was this information helpful? |
