Faber — Defected product and no response from customer care services | |||
I am a resident of Mayur Vihar Phase-3, Delhi and have purchased a Faber modular chimney on Oct’2020. The installation person told us that he will be back in 3 days to complete the remaining installation work but he never showed up. Also, there are some issues with this chimney while we are using it. We have been trying to reach customer service helpline numbers & mails from a month but no response to our queries till now. We are now fed up with such fraud company, they are just hungry for money and dont care about the trouble people are going through. This is our last hope that we can atleast expect any action on such case. After this we can only move ahead with a complaint in consumer court. Was this information helpful? | |||
